I had one on my neck that was getting caught on the seat belt of the car, and even though these things are 1/16 of an inch (or less), they are part of your body and do have a lot of nerve endings therefore making life less pleasurable, because of the pain they cause. Because they are a nuisance, the insurance company covers their removal, otherwise it is a purely cosmetic treatment that requires your credit card. I had 3 people take care of me, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was my first time visit so including paperwork and stuff, it took less than an hour to get my procedure done. I am lighter and happy that I have no skin getting irritated by the seat belt, shirt, or just scratching it. Oh! Yes, they were gracious enough to provide me with a mask to follow their regulations.

She did want to get a skin sample for biopsy from a healing spot on my arm. The technician numbed my arm and removed an unnecessarily deep section of my skin. It was still bleeding two days later and will probably take quite an amount of time to heal and will definitely either scar or leave a divot. Two weeks later, I received a voicemail from sarah in the office. I immediately called back and left a return voicemail. After waiting most of the afternoon for a return call, I called back. Apparently, Sarah left for the weekend and I would not be able to get my results until next week when she returns. The office refused to provide any details on the biopsy. I'm writing this review not knowing if my biopsy was cancerous or not. Of course the office charged $100 dollars additional for the biopsy. I will not return to this practice.

Dr Hartog is definitely self obsessed denying he ever makes a mistake not for just my procedure but I heard him make excuses with two other women and their botched breasts while I went to get him to fix the mess he did. He left huge scars, was impossible to get a hold of after surgery, extremely rude when voicing concerns, his staff talked bad about me when I asked too many questions, uneven lipo, has no modern knowledge of the post op for lipo... didn't even recommend I wear a garment he said wear spanks, we lipod my arms now they're deformed from wearing no garment on his recommendation. I went to get my surgery redone which I already paid 8k for .. he offered to fix it for 5k.... I literally went to Miami and doctors laughed at the job he had done.. thank god I got it fixed from another doctor!!!
