Phillips is beautiful curated, wonderfully displayed, and whimsically thoughtful. From a front display of bright colors, to the next of leather/animal print... they set rooms by decor style and taste! Although everything is so much fun to look at, it is all expensive too. Not to say that it isn't worth it though, everything seems to be high quality and they do have reputable brands snuck in and on the furniture too. I'd stop in again! But I've purchased many other things. Plants, pumpkins, produce, candy, home decor. They have an eclectic collection of things and crazy low prices on most of them. If you are buying candy or food, check the expiration dates. Things are usually still good, but in the candy I did find boxes of halloween candy that was dated two years before. Everything else I found was fairly current, though. Often times the produce is close to the end of its life, but, for example, I got pounds of strawberries for a fraction of the price of what I would have paid elsewhere and was able to make an incredible amount of jam with it! The staff is generally pretty friendly and very knowledgeable. They were easily able to tell me where things were when I needed something and they were very efficient at check out.

They wore masks most of the time and were courteous and respectful. There was an initial charge prior to the first visit and a final payment when the team finished the pricing process. They left the house during the 7-day auction. Once the auction winners had paid for their items and came to my house to pick them up, representatives of Caring Transitions took care of everything. What wasn't sold online was donated or discarded. They left the house totally empty and "broom clean." A week later, I received a check for 65% of the proceeds as was agreed to under contract. Working with this company was easy and pleasant and saved me lots of time and aggravation.

She, like other establishments in town welcomed my well behaved dog, and my young niece. I was impressed by the continuous additions to her stock (unlike some antique stores, there is not the same collection of dusty items there for ages!) I noticed she does move her inventory about in the store to maintain a pleasant flow, and marks things down if they have been there too long in her opinion. She has a mix of true antiques, items that stimulate memories of the past, and new treasures. There is something there to catch anyone's interest.
