For dinner I chose the Works Pizza (#10) for $15.50: red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, red onion, olives and mushrooms. Quite the tasty pizza. ---------------- This is a cool little brewery right in my backyard. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. This brewery is essentially a refurbished hangar so dress accordingly. It's a good idea to bring a sweatshirt or jacket to ward off the chill. There are a few TVs mounted throughout the hanger. Board-games are also available to play while sipping brews. Beer listings are displayed on a nice digital screen. A couple beers have a high ABV which limits those beers to two pours. There isn't really a kitchen; however, simple foods such as sandwiches and chips are available. Waiter service is non-existent. Orders are placed at the counter as well as picked up at the counter (beer & food). My wife ordered Audrey for $5 a pint. I ordered the Back Stabbing Bitch (2 pour limit) for $5 a pint. We both enjoyed our choices. For lunch my wife ordered the Traditionalist Polish Dog with original Tim's potato chips for $6. Can't go wrong with a hot dog. I ordered half a Big JW with a bag of jalapeno Tim's chips for $6. My sandwich was generously topped with meat and cheese and grilled to a nice golden brown. Tasty. We look forward to returning in the near future to slurp on some tasty beer while watching a game.

They have abundant indoor and outdoor seating, and a dedicated parking lot. Ordered a flight of 5 IPAs and one sour. Now, I'm used to getting maybe 2 or 3 out of 6 beers in a flight as being not-too-good... it's just what I've learned to expect. Well, not here! No real defects in any of the beers, which was a statistical impossibility, I thought. Were they my favorite all-time beers? No, but everything was very good to excellent, and is now my go-to brewery in Everett!

Our needs were all met though and we didn't wait too long for food or drinks. We weren't asked about dessert or if we wanted anything else and felt a little dismissed at the end of the meal. When it comes to food, I appreciate the menu having clearly marked gluten free items. The server did also know about sauces and other items that weren't marked (like bbq sauce on a sandwich). There is a gluten free bun too, but it's the kind that gets crumbly and falls apart halfway through the sandwich. We were told that fresh-cut fries don't have gluten in them, but there is cross contamination and a shared fryer. The coleslaw and pork hard good flavor, but the bun couldn't hold it. The fresh cut fries WERE bad. They were floppy and soaked with grease. The regular fries are beer battered and looked crispy and delicious. I couldn't eat mine. I would get a salad or more coleslaw next time. My husband got a hot honey chicken sandwich. He said the chicken was cooked well but the sandwich was dry. The kids enjoyed the kids menu. And the root beer float is made with root beer that they brew at the place. I had a tasty watermelon margarita drink and my husband had a beer. The portions are sizeable, there are a lot of options for diverse tastes. There is outdoor seating if you want to wait for it. Steve and I both had their Mosaic IPA. This is I believe one that we haven't tried from the first time and it was indeed a good IPA. With it's aromatic feature and it's hoppy flavor along with a fruity and brightly clean finish this IPA came off as a highly enjoyable one. Everett has two Scuttlebutt locations. The review I'm leaving is for their taproom but they also have a restaurant along with their beer at a separate location.

When asked why the beers were 7.99 and 8.99 the waitress said that is the HH price and that the pricing went up. Turns out, she charged us for a 20oz when we had specifically asked for pints. Also, what she said about the pricing going up is an absolute lie. Everywhere, literally everywhere (bathroom included), it shows pricing as $5 or $6 ($5 for less than a pint, $6 for a pint). Although the food was decent and the beer was good, we won't be back. Owning up to a mistake goes a long way. Flat out lying to your guest does not. I think she was just trying to up charge to get a larger tip.
