But don't worry, my family is aware of how to spread word to everyone that a company is irresponsible and is unaware of how to fulfill their duties. I will be contacting everyone I can to make sure this company is reported in any ways possible for taking funds and not delivering the products. I ordered three hours ago and have yet to get anything but an automated confirmation email. Nobody answers the phones either. I'm an hour away from reporting fraud on my card. Trying to order food for a disabled veteran should not be a task that ends up putting them short on money. Many of the people ordering groceries online do it because they do not have the means to do it themselves. Taking advantage of these people is a cruel and sociopathic thing to do. I am usually more than understanding when places can't deliver what they promise, but shouldn't I be able to get ahold of someone to discuss my concerns? I live in San Diego CA and placed an order 2 years ago for a friend of mine in Florida. He is a disabled Veteran in need and I thought this service would be great to help him out. 2 years later, I find a random charge on my card that I never made. I've called 5 times and left messages, nobody ever answers the phones or calls me back. I'm more than disappointed with this company. Submitted an order for instant delivery...received an email saying my request has been successful...emailed back an hour later asking for the status, no reply... 2 hours later I called them no reply... Was really pumped about the possibilities of this service. I don't drive, not feeling well, and do not have anyone who can take me to get a specific product I need or who can bring me it. This is a really cool idea for a business that could make things easier for a lot of people but there is definitely a lot they could work on. The communication is second rate, when you email or text about an order you might get a reply but most of mine have gone unanswered. They let you order a delivery even if no one is available to deliver so you end up waiting several hours past their guaranteed time only for the order to be canceled. Other than that I think its a great idea it'll probably take off soon. read more

I've had transportation issues of late, while waiting for my car to get repaired, so instead of continuing to rely on friends to help me, I searched to see if there was a delivery service for groceries. Lo, and behold, there is! Lazy Delivery was easy to set up, as I listed the products I wanted, using specifics, and I received a text to notify me that the driver was beginning the shopping, and then I could view his progress as he got on the way to me. At one point he was slightly off-track, as my complex is large and complicated, and I just sent him texts to let him know where to go. He was polite, EARLY, and even carried my bags to my door! I WILL use this service again as I need it! I also considered that if you were sick or didn't feel well, this would be an excellent way to get items delivered instead of heading out to the store. This business deserves negative stars for its awful service and deception! I placed an order 24 hours in advance and I never received any correspondence other than the automated email that said I had a delivery scheduled. The delivery was to be a birthday treat for my son who was away at college. When the delivery person hadn't shown up at the scheduled time, I tried calling them (after searching all over their website and not finding a phone number posted, I finally found one on their facebook page). Of course the call went straight to voicemail. The order ended up arriving over an hour late. I was pretty upset by the horrible service and the fact that nobody ever bothered to call me back, but I had decided to let it go. That is, until my bank account was charged 10 days later for $91 (for the cake and sub that I know that total was $45 because I had pre-ordered it on Publix's website) and then I had asked for a small pack of plastic forks and a small pack of paper plates. There is no way that those two extra items plus the delivery charge and tip (which definitely was not deserved) could bring my total up to $91. I called and demanded to see my receipt to find out why the charge was so much, but of course my call was never returned. I also emailed the company and they have not responded. It is very frustrating that you can't even talk to an actual person. I am worried because they have my credit card info. Even though my order ended up being delivered (late); I believe the charge is definitely way more than it should have been and because there is no way to get a response from the company I am very leery of their legitimacy. read more
