Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! And if you are looking to get a refund on fingerprinting if you don't have the proper information, good luck! Make sure you call Field Print if you have a problem. They told me they could not except my Drivers License because it was a paper copy (renewal). When I called Field Print, they stated that as along as it had a photo they should have excepted the ID. Instead the OWNER was rude about the entire situation. This facility is horrible! I had a package to mail to Great Britain......they wanted 250 for DHL and almost $350 for Fed Ex! Left the facility and went to Fed Ex and was less than $100. Ultimately shipped it USPS for $58. they are padding their fees and taking the money! DO NOT GO THERE! read more

I was promised delivery of a packege I sent 12-27-2018 to arrive 1-3-2019 and it HASN'T ARRIVED at its destination yet! I called the lady that provided the service for me on 1-4-2019 and she was VERY RUDE, with a COMBATIVE ATTITUDE and denying her promise to me that it will arrive 1-3-2019. I specifically asked her when will the package arrive for FedEx Ground and she promised 1-3-2019, and I even called the recipient of the package to confirm that he will be home to sign for the package (in front of the lady in the counter). Today is already 1-6-2019 and the package has not been delivered! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, both with Mail Boxes & More and FedEx. I called FedEx a few minutes ago and they don't have any clue why it wasn't delivered. OMG! I WILL NEVER EVER USE Mail Boxes & More's services EVER AGAIN!!! read more

Friendly customer service, great owner and always reliable and on time with shipments. Very fair on pricing and they can even pack your own packages for you as well for a fee. Needed to get some things printed and this store "Mail Box & More" was right here in the Springhill Common. The lady that was there was really helpful with a friendly vibe about the place will stop here often with my printing needs. This place also do special invitation too they were too cute especially the passport one. Would recommend this place to anyone good service. read more

Lady said she was a manager (some manager really) completely IGNORED me, attended 6 other people even though I had an appointment, gave me ATTITUDE, YELLED at me, and when I told her why I was upset, she told me that she didn't want to hear it and if I didn't want to wait then I could leave. I had such an AWFUL experience with mail boxes & more. Long story short, an employee named Dana pretty much called me a liar, was incredibly rude, and insensitive to what I was explaining to her. I live right around the corner and even though this location is very convenient, I will never come here again due to the disrespect I received. Horrible customer service. After waiting for 10 minutes in line. The grouchy lady was pretty rude when I asked about whether they charge more here than a regular usps store. She also couldn't answer my question about how much they upcharge. She said that she goes by whatever the computer says. I realize it is privately owned, but she should know some kind of ballpark, and she should say it a lot nicer. I ended up driving to the post office instead. read more

This mailbox center is dirty, unorganized, and the customer service is ATROCIOUS. I paid them for a box and filler, then the woman said she would pack it later because she was busy. It was important to me to see the box packed up and not guess that it would be done sometime after I left. As a mail center, that should be obvious without even having to insist on. Tried to mail out an envelope certified and they wanted to charge double the cost of going to USPS. I don't mind paying a convenience fee, however double to cost is ridiculous! As I was walking out the door, a heavy set woman started hollering at me telling me that can't charge the same as the post office or they wouldn't be in business. I completely understand you need to make money to keep your doors open, however charging double is excessive. And yelling at customers is not a good practice when trying to remain in business.. I will not be back to this location for anything now, due to the way I was treated. read more
