From the moment we arrived, we were treated to genuine five-star service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. The resort itself is beautiful -- beachfront with stunning views and just a short walk to shops and local attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and fully relax. The food at the resort was amazing. We enjoyed every meal, and the variety kept things exciting. They also had nightly entertainment, which added a fun and festive touch to our evenings without being too loud or overwhelming. But the experience would not be complete without the brunch buffet offered complimentary at Vintana. The restaurant has a relaxed yet elegant vibe, with a modern design that feels both welcoming and classy. The food is authentic, offering various cuisines, but primarily Filipino dishes that change from day to day. There are Filipino flavors and international dishes, as well as breakfast options like fresh fruit, pastries and many other choices. I had my all-time favorites, like Kare-Kare (oxtail curry), Sisig (chopped pork parts with chicken liver and onions, seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers), Lechon, Mahi-mahi fish in broth, Pansit, a variety of noodles, fried rice, eggs to order, and Lumpiang Sariwa (fresh spring rolls). There were so many more dishes to try. For drinks, I ordered a flat white coffee one day and enjoyed a variety of their fresh fruit drinks, like watermelon, cantaloupe and mango. For desserts, the Taho (soft soybean pudding with mini boba) brought back memories, as I ate a lot of this growing up. They also had Crepes with various fillings, Kalamay's (sweet sticky Filipino desserts) and Puto (rice cakes). What we loved about this place was the hospitality of the staff.
