Every year about this time, we make the trek to Frankenmuth for a conference. Generally will eat the traditional fare here. But I passed by this beautiful building on my way into town. My Wife is a huge pizza fan. She could eat it every day. So I mentioned in passing that this might be a different type of setting. And it was indeed. Super clean. Red and black all the way through. We both ordered a beer and My Wife got a personal pan pizza. It was eight dollars with two dollars per topping. I ordered the Michigan chicken, cherry salad. We had got there around five and the place was steadily filling up as we sat. Mary, our waitress was very knowledgeable and kind. We felt fairly good about what we had ordered. But let me tell you once we got it, it blew our minds. My wife's pizza was outstanding. She said maybe the best she's ever had. I rolled my eyes and then she offered me a bite. And it was. Truly. A lot of times when you order pizza it's falling off of the crust. It's uneven. This was perfection. She couldn't believe it. Frankly neither could I. The crust was soft and you couldn't tell it from the toppings. No separation nothing falling off and cooked so well. My chicken cherry salad is a favorite in Michigan and they did it right. Each portion was great and more than enough for the both of us. We talked about it the rest of the night. If you have the chance, make sure you visit. Wow. This place is sublime. We ordered two specialty pizzas, the Good Boy Supreme and the BLT. Both were of excellent quality - great sauce, perfect crust. Called in for carryout pizza while camping in the area. This lazy dog vibe restaurant was packed and had live music playing. Our server addressed us right away when we arrived and our carryout was ready within the time committed. The pizza was piping hot when we got it back to the camper. We had a deep dish Hawaiian, large with pepperoni and bacon and a meat lovers pizza. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next night and had a deep dish BLT , a chicken bacon ranch pizza and an order of garlic cheese curds. We found this new Pizza Restaurant in Frankenmuth, seen reviews looked very positive and decided to try it out. Glad we did ! I had a cheese pizza the wife ordered Ranch and cheese. Both were cooked to perfection with a nice amount of cheese and sauce. The building is new and brightly decorated inside and out. Server was friendly and efficient. Made a stop here while on a family trip to Frankenmuth. Super quick service. New spot with really cool vibes. There are pictures of doggos in the carry out section.
