The shell is made of melted cheese, the vegetables are fresh and crisp. So often keto options feel like a lesser choice, but not here. I had two pulled pork tacos and while I got a slice of the keto chocolate Cale for dessert, I didn't have space for it. This was fine, as it made for a lovely bit of sweet this evening. I hope that they expand their hours (M-F 10-2 & SS 10-4), and I would love to have this for an option during the week. The horchata (rice drink) was also at least twice as watery as normal. Are they cutting costs by watering things down? The outside eating area could have been nice, but it is very neglected. The pots held mostly weeds and the seats and ground had lots of old dead leaves. It's summer now, not Fall, so those leaves have been there a while. The food was very slow in coming even though there was just one other table. (Folks at that table were also complaining of the long wait).
