They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! Still I thought it was worth going in. Carey called the manufacturer and got a response back to me the same day. I hadn't shopped at Nilsen much because we typically need items more like the lumber yard stocks (lumber, sheetrock, etc). But after looking around and realizing Nilsen has basic cleaning products, boots, socks, Yeti products and even cute home decor I will definitely be giving them more of my business! Shop local!

Both processes were organized and informative with tons of support. The facility was clean and the staff was kind and compassionate. Any questions I had were answered with kindness and patience.
