I went to the store and I wanted to park my car just a simple every day thing. I parked it in reverse because I wanted it to be easier so I can leave quickly. I tried to find the phone number on the website, but I couldn't find it so I am still on my phone looking through Google for a number cause I wanted to ask about a certain pair of jeans when all of a sudden there is a knock at my window. The shopkeeper yelled at me and asked me if I was gonna go inside and I said yes I waited until he left to go inside and I was greeted by a woman. The woman seemed kind, but I told her that I did not like how the other male shopkeeper knocked very rudely on my door and yelled at me if I was going inside, no manners at all I tried on some clothes and I realize that even though they did have my size it was a baggy fit, which is what I didn't want. The woman didn't listen at all. I just wanted to warn people if you're gonna park be warned that the shopkeeper might knock on your car window very loudly and it startled me so if you're a young woman don't come here at all! read more

I have never been so disgusted with a company as much as this one. I did an order back in March 2025. Never received package. They offered to do same order in May never received it. I asked for my money back and all they wanted to do is 50% back. I stood firm till they said 100%. Well I was tired of reasons I didn't get my money back so I reported to my credit card. Said it may take 30 days but apparently this has been flagged with credit cards I received all my money back!! PLEASE do not order from this company. No matter how cheap it's not worth it. I used to get my custom shirts from this place all the time. Now they have a new guy there and he's greedy. They're charging $40 for the heat press service and you still need to buy the shirt. They're crazy!!! I sell my shirts. If I pay $50 ($40 for the service and $8+ tax for the shirt) for each shirt then that means that I need to sell my shirts between $60-$80. And my company is new so those prices are crazy. And you'd be crazy to go there too. read more

I went here yesterday to look for some Pro Club apparel and they were super nice. I got what I needed from here and found a Pro Club zip up hoodie (XL men) for $35 which is reasonable to other places I have checked out in the LB area. Once I finished my purchase they threw in a free alcohol wipes! Definitely recommend coming here read more

Things were going alright, found stuff we needed for the uniforms. There are 6 foot markers on the main red carpet leading up to the register. We were the 4th family in made it up to the register then owner she tells us to make a line elsewhere as shoppers can not get in and out of the store. You will notice the owners are observing and placed throughout the store so that was strange. We told her ok, but we were doing what everyone else before us in line were doing. She had people make a line that snaked through the pants section. She could have started earlier as she was merely folding clothes. There's no sign that says make random line. That would be helpful, the duct tape 6-foot markers on the red carpet are just for looks to look like they are complying. But there is no actual distancing in the lines. read more

I needed some white polo shirts and khaki pants for my new job so I searched for uniform stores and came across this place. It was close by where I live so I decided to check it out. They were stocked up on scrubs and polo shirts and so much more. I was able to find what I needed and even got help with the sizing cause I wasn't so sure. I got 2 Dickies brand white polo shirts and 2 khaki pants. They fit perfectly. Will definitely come back here if I need more polos and khakis! read more

I had a great experience this morning. I believe they open up at 9 o'clock on Saturday which is nice, and I came here specifically for some of those classic Dickies brand, short sleeve workshirts. They have all the sizes and colors you would need, I got exactly what I needed! Five shirts, all at a reasonable price of $20 and that was that. They don't take American Express, but That's OK. And the owner even gave me a dollar out of the cash register and said "go buy some coffee". I guess as a thank you for buying five shirts. And hate shopping so it's nice to go in, get what you need and leave. The lady was very helpful as well. They have a large selection of clothing. I don't get out much but it looks like the store was full of all the type of stuff you see in the Fashion District in downtown LA or at Swap Meet, so it's pretty cool place. read more

Well... I'm right about a 2.5 with this place but because the owner was great I bumped it to 3. The good- there's tons of stuff I'm here! Reasonable prices on nice stuff and the owner is willing to deal if you're making a sizable purchase. The bad- Parking here really sucks. Each little shop only has a few places and it's hard to get in and out of. If it were full, I'd just go to BL Fashion around the corner on Willow, east of Long Beach Bl. And... The UGLY- Seriously, ugly. So the owner's son appeared to be this helpful well mannered (slightly weird) teenager. After he showed me to the back of the store (I was looking for uniforms) he engaged in a conversation with a gross Hagrid looking male. It was so great listening to Hagrid regale him with tales of how meth is easier to come off of than ecstasy (Umm what?)!!! I started with my iPod on but of COURSE it died.. After a few minutes, I was done listening and couldn't take it anymore. As I was checking out, I expressed my concerns to the owner who quickly apologized and offered me a discount on a purse of my choosing. I thanked her but declined. They do carry jumpers and the cutest friggin skirts for little girls though, so I'm torn. I'll probably be back, charged iPod in hand. read more

I frequent a lot of the local, indie clothing stores in LB just because I want to find things that not everyone is going to be wearing once I leave the house. With that said, sometimes I need more "simple" clothes to complement an outfit i.e. thermals, colored t-shirts, basic jackets, etc. I came here and was quite pleased with not just their inventory but the array of clothes that they had. In other words, it reminded how many "simple" things you might need. And the good thing was I saw a lot of fashionable stuff that wasn't too basic looking. The best part of coming here is the price. And most if them have price tags! If you frequent local clothing retailers, you notice many require you ask about the price, which is annoying. My only gripes would be one or two things in*really* wanted were not available in my size ... which is a pretty common size IMO. Also, there isn't a big enough selection of pants for men. All-in-all, I was very pleased and will definitely come back! read more

This is the closest Dickies distributor to us, so I zipped by today. My son wears 18 slim, which can be difficult to find. They didn't have any on the racks, but as soon as I asked someone went to the back and quickly got me what I needed. At $15 per pair, the value is hard to beat. I usually have a pleasant shopping experience here, but not so much tonight. I ordered two special made t-shirts and bought a third t-shirt. I stepped across the way to grab a bite to eat while the other two shirts were being made and returned to the old woman accusing me of having "an issue" with my card aka committing credit card fraud, the last time I was there. I asked if she had me confused with someone else and she was adamant that it was me. We go back and forth, they started speaking in their native language and finally she says it was the friend I was with which left me further upset. I hadn't been there in over a year and never go in there with anyone. Plus, I'm no thief. You guys just lost a customer and I'll be sure NOT to refer your store to anyone else! read more

They are very helpful everytime i go and spend lots of time trying to find the right size and colors of what i try to look for. The lady is always welcoming and helps everyone as much as she can. I am a regaular customer and i always get treated good, on top of that when i buy many things the lady always lets me pick out a free item to compliment my items which i find so nice. SometImes i do get the side eye to see that i am not steeling anything but i understand her because she does get a lot of people who go in their and rob her store. read more

I went here to buy medical uniforms for school. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted and offered help. I thought they were very nice at first, but then they wouldn't leave me alone and started staring at me. They didn't have some of the items I needed. I wasn't sure if I needed special uniforms for my program so I stepped outside for a second to look up something on my phone and she followed me out and stared at me while I was in my car. I went back in and bought some clothes, but I asked the lady at the counter if I could return them in case I couldn't use them and she said yes as long as the tags were still on the clothes. I ended up having to return them and when I did they told me no refunds, in store credit only. I wouldn't have bought them if they would have told me that in the first place and were honest with me. If you shop here just know they are super pushy and will lie to you to get your money. read more
