The shopkeeper yelled at me and asked me if I was gonna go inside and I said yes I waited until he left to go inside and I was greeted by a woman. The woman seemed kind, but I told her that I did not like how the other male shopkeeper knocked very rudely on my door and yelled at me if I was going inside, no manners at all I tried on some clothes and I realize that even though they did have my size it was a baggy fit, which is what I didn't want. The woman didn't listen at all. I just wanted to warn people if you're gonna park be warned that the shopkeeper might knock on your car window very loudly and it startled me so if you're a young woman don't come here at all!

I was pleasantly surprised that they had the logo already in their collection. The turnaround time was only 3 business days. The finished logo isn't as "clean" as compared to the scrubs provided by the hospital, but it's close enough, especially at the low price (call them for pricing). The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. The individual who spoke with me and presented himself as the manager was dismissive, cold, and showed very little courtesy. He seemed excited to turn me away. I've been in this profession since 2005 and understand capacity limits, scheduling, and busy operations. What I don't understand is treating a customer as though they are an inconvenience, especially when the shop appeared empty at the time. What made this more frustrating is that the same person who interacted with me in that manner is now responding publicly as the owner. I thought you were the manager sir? The tone and attitude I experienced in person did not match the response written here. After leaving, I went to East LA Uniform. They were extremely busy with multiple walk-ins, yet the owner still took the time to welcome me, get everyone taken care of, and make me feel like family. She recognized my request for what it was and took the time to recognize she appreciated the business. They spent about 30 minutes on my boots and delivered the best shine I've ever had -- and at a better price. Based on my experience, I no longer consider this business here friendly to the profession and should be avoided. If anyone has the owners contact information id love to hear from him.
