They distill their own liquors and give you the history on what they make and when and how that specific liquor was created. It was a great way to have a couple drinks and learn a bit in the process. I would recommend to anyone for an event or just a quick stop to try some local distilled liquor. All the guys had a blast. The owners, Johnathan and Maryann are very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

I tried their Apple Pie Shine , Sweet Tea Shine, Blueberry Shine, Lemon Shine, and Peach Shine, Blackberry Bramble Liquor.. They were all very good. My boyfriend chose for his 6 tastings Noble Bourbon, Tapped ( Maple) Whiskey, Blackberry Bramble liquor, Peach Shine, Blueberry Shine, Root Beer Shine. The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my time here. I went home with many different bottles of spirits. I chose their Blueberry Shine and a bottle of their Bourbon along with their spiked Miner's Root Beer! The Root Beer is a must. If in town stop by and try their tasting menu. The very friendly Taylor was more than helpful and made various suggestions as to what to try. She made the Smoked Old Fashioned with ease (see my videos!) and my friends said they were excellent. You also get to keep the glasses they come in which have engraving on them. I went with the try six and they had seven to try so I gave up the gin. Tried a vodka, rum, two whiskey, and two honey liquors. Half ounce pours each. Realized I'm just not a whiskey guy but one was super smooth. I did like the honey ones, though. After my set of six, I ended up getting a vodka mixed drink and also got a four-pack of of a vodka canned cocktail which is new for them this year, and they decided to go non-carbonated. I would have preferred it to be carbonated but you can just add seltzer. The place seats a couple dozen and they are included on a lot of bus/trolley tours (a lot of bridesmaids parties) so at times it can get loud and busy. If you are under the influence you will not be served. They have t-shirts, hoodies, glassware, and even sell some pieces of the barrels so you can make your own smoked drinks. I ended up spending about $50 for my tasting flight, cocktail, and a t-shirt. I wished they were allowed to sell some small bite foods. It would make this place even better.
