Dana who runs the front office made sure I got a ride home so I didn't have to spend money on a Uber. Russell, the owner of the shop was really personable and beyond reasonable with his estimate and even did a few extra things at no charge. Richard who meticulously oversaw the work, handed me back my car in perfect condition. To top it off they offered for me to come back for a free wash and wax in 30 days. In all fairness, I had used this paint shop several time previously and was satisfied with the work done. So FREE OF CHARGE Phil wet sanded the car after the curing period. That's right I said FREE. No other shop would do this, I'm sure.
