Despite clear evidence that the damage occurred during their work, the company refused to take responsibility and instead pointed to contract language to avoid accountability. Professional workmanship should include reasonable care to avoid damaging a customer's property. In addition to the AC damage, the crew also caused cosmetic damage that was never repaired because they did not have the proper equipment, including a tall enough ladder, to complete the work correctly. I trusted this company and made sure everything was functioning properly before the project started. Unfortunately, I was left with expensive repairs and unresolved damages after the job was completed. I hope the company reconsiders its position and takes responsibility for the damages caused during the project.
