The only reason Le Bail Bonds doesn't get five stars is because I didn't end up using them, but I would have if things had gone differently. I didn't need them because the charges against my friend were dropped...completely. No charges, no bail, no bail, no bondsmen and no thousands of dollars spent on stupidity. Very unique for a bondsman to work with me like Chris did, but clearly from the reviews I've seen its not just me he's treated so well, it's everybody and that business appoach serves him well. What does that mean? Well, not only did Chris quote me the best bond cost I've ever encountered (and trust me when I say, after living in New Orleans for 10 years, where everyday is stupid-drunk day, I've unfortunately encountered quite a few bondsmen), he also provided more thorough and truthful information I could find myself, but didn't have to thanks to him. Even after the charges were all dropped he still fed me information about my friend and the status of his release. Yes, that's right, Chris continued to reach out to me, to keep me posted on my friend's release, to tell me where he was and about what was going on... even though he wouldn't benefit from doing so. There was no money maker there for him anymore and time is a perishable good...the most perishable good. Yet, Chris chose to use his valuable time to make my business of helping a friend his business. He put my mind at ease completely by messaging me every couple of hours. Who does that? Not most business owners I know, although more should. Why does he do it? Who cares. It's the right way to handle a bad time for his Clients or potential Clients. I will certainly use Le Bail Bonds if the occasion arises. I hope it does not, but as long as there are stupid-whatever days that can end in arrest, Le Bail Bonds will have my business.
