They are certified in cryo-contouring which is also a huge plus! I started noticing results in a few weeks and I'm still seeing changes. He did a brief evaluation before we started and asked about the target areas I needed--mainly my neck and traps. During the assessment, he also noticed my hips were uneven and recommended addressing that as well. Throughout the session, he made sure I was comfortable, checked in about pressure, and explained the muscles he was working on. It was definitely a corrective massage, but still very relaxing for me. He also gave helpful recommendations for things I can do at work and at home to prevent the tension from coming back.
