The ladies are super friendly and remember you- which means a lot to me. Yokarys does my nails and they come out perfect everytime. I trust all the nail techs with my nails. Also the nails can last for well over a month!!!!!! Besides nails, they always do hair. I entrusted my cancer chop to Morena(who I have known for years) and she made me feel confident in my short hair. She is the only person in my life I trust with my hair. I went in here just yesterday and I had an appt booked for 10:30 a.m with GiGi, she was filing my nail so hard that she broke the nail off with my real nail and it started bleeding. she then proceeds to say shes sorry she knows it's her fault but she cannot do my nail because it has to heal. she showed no sympathy for her actions what so ever. I told them this will be my last time coming there because this isn't the first incident but it will be the very last, over the past couple years the service have changed tremendously here, bad enough your paying out the ass for your nails to get done but you would think u would be provided with the service you are paying for. it's so sad that now I have to find elsewhere to get my services done but it's fine because I absolutely will not be tolerating this kind of service. all I can do now is pray for other customers that they don't go through what I have been going through with this place. read more

By far the worse nail experience I've ever had. I made an apt for myself, mother and grandmother. I received a phone call The day prior to my appointment and they asked if I could come in 30 minutes earlier. I arrive on the day of my appointment at the time that they asked only to be informed that they had a miscommunication on their end. At this point I was still patient. Fast forward I wait an hour to get my nails done only to sit in her chair for an additional two hours and still leave dissatisfied. As she got close to completing my nails it was clear that the polish wasn't smooth and had cracks. When I asked for her to fix this she redid it and gave me the same Result. The receptionist with red hair was not only nasty to me but very rude and unprofessional. We went back and forth and my only options were to let the lady try a 3rd time with a different polish, which i didn't find satisfactory. I should've just got a pedicure, like I initially made my first appointment for. I will admit I walked out without giving additional payment however I paid two deposits for both nails and feet. Which came to a grand total of $45, and the nails are listed as $35. So even still the nail tech walked away with $10 tip. I will be making it my business to write bad reviews about this place because that's how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with my services. Just a terrible place to be. The staff was overall nasty but especially the owner and the daughter. They were giving me attitude for no reason. I originally had picked out a red color to put on my nails, but after she painted the one nail I realized it was to dark. Then she slammed down the nail polish and said "you couldn't have told me that before I started" I asked her if I could get a lighter shade of red. If you want to go to a place where your technician paid more attention to smoking hooka and be playing around with others technician than doing your nails come to this place. There were so much people inside because they took forever to finish with one person, so people accumulated just waiting to do their nails. I'm very disappointed because I thought the place was dope and I wanted to see what their service was like so I decided to stop by there to get my nails done. What they did to me wasn't okay. I sat for almost 2 hours and no one tended to me to the point where my wife said you know what babe let's leave so I left and never got my nails done. Extremely overpriced and extremely long wait time, they need better time management. I'll pay a good amount of money for GOOD services, my nails were lifting after 2 weeks and popping off when I paid $140 on a full set. That shouldn't be happening and the set really didn't look like it was 140$ worth. I'm not a cheap person I don't mind paying it, I just have a problem when the service doesn't match the price. So I never EVER do this but everyone keeps saying I should. So basically for my anniversary I got my nails and hair done at this new spot deeeeep from my house bc I wanted to give it a try. Nails totally cracked of within a week. So upsetting!! Also, be aware that this salon uses MMA nail acrylic. MMA is dental acrylic which is much cheaper than cosmetic acrylic. On July 31st I made an appointment with May for a full set. My appointment was for noon. I didn't get seen until 12:40- with no apology or explanation. Today I went in for a filling and to fix a broken nail that broke (3 days after I did my nails). I live 45 minutes for the location. My appointment was for 5:00pm. When I walked in at 4:45pm May was just seating her prior appointment of a full set. I then spoke to the recipient who told me the customer was late and they didn't know she would be late and May had to eat. That was her response when I asked why I wasn't called to be notified that they were running late. It's unfortunate bc I really did like my nails even thou one broke. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. Not worth the price you pay. read more

I waited almost 2 hours to be seen and the place was not even full. My technician seemed nice but I cant be sure as the whole time she was on video chat with someone or on YouTube. The only reason this place is getting 1 Star is because the few times my technician wasn't on the phone, she seemed pleasant and she did manage to give me coffin shaped nails. The girl in the front desk was either on the phone the whole time or in the back smoking hookah.. sorry but I didn't realize we were in a lounge in Dyckman??? The nail tech also spent most of the time filing down my nails so much that some of my cuticles bled and the acrylics were reaching the point of nonexistence. The wait, service and half-ass nails weren'worth the $45. Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere and spare your nails the torture. If could give this unprofessional place a negative zero I would. The incompetent receptionist booked me "1:30pm" on their calendar while confirming with me for 5:30pm. I showed up and hour early to my "appointment" (4:30pm) just to be safe and beat traffic. I sat patiently in the waiting area waiting on my turn. It wasn't until 5:25pm when an older lady approached me to ask me who was my appointment with. Mind you she was in the front desk when I arrived and did not ask me anything then. She then tells me that I was booked for 1:30pm and not 5:30pm...in which I proceeded to show her my written confirmation for 5:30pm. She calls the receptionist that booked me to the front desk and the receptionist responds was "it looks like we (meaning her) booked you for the wrong time in the calendar, we can book you for tomorrow instead".... I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism and level of disregard from the both of them. I responded "no thank you, just give me my deposit back" the old lady proceeds to hand me $20 instead of the $23 that I was asked to deposit in order to reserve my appt. When I questioned her about $3 missing.... her exact words were "we are not responsible for the $3 those are taxes. Taxes for a service I never received?? So I decided to give it a three star rating because at the nail salon they made me feel comfortable, everyone is pretty nice. The area is so clean and neat. It is not one of those nail salons where you walk in and everyone looks at you; which I love! But the lady that did my nails took extremely long and was extremely rough. I had about 4 fingers bleeding and they all felt so hurt. Adding on to that, she made my acrylic nails so thin that it literally cracked off in half, leaving half of the acrylic on my nail and half flew off. This happened only 3 days after having my nails done. Again, great customer service but not so sure about my nails. They also charged me more than what I was suppose to pay, I found it weird but didn't really get into it until I really calculated at home. Not so sure if I would go back. read more

Time to pay they shit over priced okay My fill in was $40 because the lady said they acrylic powder is top of the line she paid $100 a bottle and it's Mia secret. So you know I googled it and it's $12.00 a bottle girl bye okay mind you it wasn't even colored but okay My Gel Pedi was $35 uhh that's regularly what I pay Plus $10 for both toes acrylic and $20 for the little girl mani and pedi Total $105 For that price you would think the customer service will be a bit spectacular but hey So I go to pay after 5 damn hours and she tells me if I used my debit card I have to pay taxes???
