So I've been to this establishment twice and both times the entire staff is rude as hell. The owner herself acts like she doesn't want to produce any kind of service that anyone is willing to pay for. I've been in a few times. The place is filthy.... The staff is pretty nice but ALWAYS on their phones either talking or watching a video or something. I've never seen that before in my life! Came for a mani after the holidays- was impressed. Small local nail salon filled with regulars who laugh and joke with one another. Opted for a classic French gel manicure. Too cold for a pedi. Had a terrible break/ crack mid nail and Amy repaired it like brand new. My mom is a regular here for yearsssss, I know why! read more

So, I used to go to this nail salon for a while, but I got turned off by the owner...she has some attitude with her and can be quite 'snappy'....also, she puts in her friend's & certain clients before others...ticked me off one day, I waited almost 45 min. & some chic walks in all 'Hey gurl!' & sits right down...Ive seen this on more than one occasion so, Im done with them...too many salons to deal with that B.S...I should mention that they do nails pretty good & they are the only salon I know that does the American French Manicure - which is more of a Beige natural colored tip instead of that hard White tip...But, the salon I go to now is by far just as good with Great Customer Service... read more

Worst nail place ever. Seriously the worst. The main lady has such an attitude with most customers, when a potential client walks in with a question, she doesn't even look them in the eyes and just gives them a one word answer and that's it, such attitude. I came in yesterday and I was waiting for almost an hour until the main lady told me literally to leave when there was only one other person in front of me. I came in today because I'm going away on vacation and I needed to get my toes and nails done before my trip. I have been here since 1:30 pm , it is currently 4pm and I have not even got started with anything. Super slow work, rude, floor is dirty. Never coming back here again. Never again. Don't write many reviews but seeing as though they were mixed on this place I thought it would be helpful for some people to hear my opinion. Came here randomly with a friend towards the end of last year and the guy that works here did my gel nails wonderfully. Then went to a different nail salon after that about a month later because it was closer to manhattan but the woman completely messed up my nails SO HORRIBLY when I asked for a gel fill in -_- So I trekked back to this salon again, and the same nail technician man took his time to COMPLETELY recover my nails and I was so happy. He also shaped them exactly the way I requested which I was also very appreciative for. Now I'll only visit this talented nail tech guy, especially because you can't beat the price for such a nice gel fill in. Four Seasons Nail Salon is the only place I would ever go to to do my nails! The staff is courteous,friendly, and talented. The environment is very comfortable and clean with a flat screen tv with cable and whirl pool pedicure chairs! Every two weeks I get custom 10 finger hand painted nail & toe designs. All the nail technicians are very good at providing exceptional services. Donna is very creative and can match or create any design you can imagine. She is a true artist my fillings have lasted up to three weeks or more, without bubbling or looking cheap. The quality here is like no other. They take their time to get you Fab!! I even do individual full length lashes. They look very real and last up to three weeks as well! I strongly recommend this Salon for all your needs ! I was pressed for time and this place was along my travels..I'm usually very picky about my nail shops because I like to know sanitary statuses of the tools used during my session...you know seeing new materials taken out of sterilizers etc. This place us GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I mean this by every fiber of my soul....everything is dirty with layers of dust and soot on pedi baths,decorations, tables. I knew I should have turned around when I spoted their collection of cheap polishes...I was going to Miami and I was in the middle of work and final exams....so I sat down....my color change was $5 and it was done pretty good however before the day was over my Polish started chipping...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLLLLLL COSTS! read more

I go here when I'm in a rush since it's near my home. They do a pretty decent job when it comes to acrylic tips, but the nail polish is cheap so I usually go with the gel. I agree with the other review, the place is FILTHY. I've gotten pedicures here before but the sinks/chairs are so dirty you would be hesitant to stick your foot in it. School keeps me away sometimes but i always come back. Donna is sarcastically sweet, her husband is a skillful wit, and the newer techs seem cool too. They are very honest and have often compromised w me (allowing me to start on my break and finish after work). They're the best and I'm their craziest customer. I came into the salon at 3:40 pm. There were only three people working. The gentleman told me I'd be waiting an hour. Within the two hours I waited, other workers came in and took clients who came in after me. They asked me over and over what I was waiting on. I've been going for 12 years and I love it. I always get my nails done by Donna and she does an amazing job every time. I go, my mom goes my aunt comes from Maryland to get hers done. I don't know how the previous person had such a bad experience. As a regular i've NEVER seen the place dirty or had a bad experience. Never has my polished chipped so quickly. This place is the BEST, when it comes to wasting your time. There is never enough staff. They don't work by appointments but will have ppl calling in holding spots!
