They were friendly, that's about the only positive I can say about this place. There were several of us getting our nails done and we all had a bad experience. My niece who is twelve was trying to tell the tech that she wanted an almond shape, and the lady kept saying oval, and wouldn't listen when we would try to correct her, and my niece ended up crying. She was also cut during the grinding process. My nail tech made the nails look exceedingly fake, and they're acrylic, so I know that they look fake to an extent, but this is just sad. I was cut TWICE. Once during the grinding process, and once when she was cutting the cuticles. Too many other things to even get into. We WON'T be back. read more

I always bring her new ideas for designs and she's so happy to do so. They are all so good and friendly. They offer waxing services. I went for my birthday weekend to Amarillo and heard this was the best place to do nails. Well my experience was horrible. To begin with, they offered everyone but me a drink. When the lady was doing my nails she cut me a couple of times. She kept asking if it was the first time i ever did my nails , i told her no, I think it was the first time she ever did nails because i was guiding her through her every move. She did a horrible job, my coffin nails did not look like coffin nails, i explained to her couple of times and she "fixed them". Nails normally last on me for about two weeks, the nails i got in Le Belle didn't make it to a week. They also gave massage to everyone BUT ME! I paid $50 for a HORRIBLE job! read more

I'm finished with Le Belle..... I had been here a couple of times before with good, not great results. This last time is the final time. My sister and I went in there for a mani/pedi a couple of days after my moms passing and we both were disappointed in the results. My pedi had polish on the skin of my toes and the tech did not get rid of my cuticles and did not even file and shape my fingernails. My sister had similar results. We felt rushed (got there a little after 6P and they close at 7P!) as if the girls were in a hurry to get us done and get out of there. Never again. Save your money and do some research on other more professional nail salons. read more

Horrible service! Took my niece for a mani pedi for her birthday and they forgot to turn off the water in the pedicure chair and water over flowed every where and they got very upset at us like we did it! It's their job not ours. Then while they were mopping up the water they were very rude and filled our tubs with extremely cold water, they didn't even cover our toes all way with nail polish and when we got home my nieces polish slid right off! I payed 80$ total! Such a huge rip off and bad service! I will never go back and you could tell they were talking about us in their language. It wasn't nieces birthday and it ruined her day. I will find her a better place with friendlier business and better nail work, wow I still can't believe I paid that much! read more

I used to love this place! My friend and I would religiously come to this salon, we always had an appointment. One month we didn't have an appointment but decided to go in anyway. We got 2 girls we had never had before and that were obviously new, that was fine we didn't mind. The girl that did mine use the grader way too much on one spot of my heal and it took forever to get back to normal. A few weeks later my friend tells me she think she has toenail fungus...sure enough I did too!! After 20 years of getting my toes done and ignoring all my mothers warnings, I end up getting it from a place I was loyal to because I thought they were clean! I ended up at the doctor to get oral medication for 12 weeks. If I would have done the topical treatment it would take 92 weeks!!! Ridiculous! I will never be back to this salon. I was unable to wear sandals or paint my toes all summer. Did I mention it looks disgusting!?!!? read more

I went to get my nails done and requested a full set. I was very disappointed when the four possible different choices of designs I had selected they couldn't do because they had no knowledge of how to create the designs. In addition to this they didn't have any of the gems or jewels required for these creations. The wait at the station prior to the nail tech arriving was unreal , an hour to be exact before she even appeared on the other side of the service table. She was in to much of a hurry an didn't seem to want to fix the mountains of extra acrylic on the tips of my nails which was also very uneven and extremely thick and unpleasant looking. All in all thus was the first and last time I busy this particular nail salon. read more

First time going, will never go again. Asked for a Deluxe pedicure didn't get it. Both toe nails' paint came while still there. They fixed it only for it to chip again at home. She cut wayyy to much off my toe on the side I don't know what she was digging for?!? I have never had an ingrown nail in my life and actually quiet often i get asked if my tor nails are fake bc they r soo perfect in shape... Anyways got the upgraded pedicure that included the hot towels and the towels stunk like mildew really bad also got the extra $5 for calluses my feet were super dry when I left my nails polish was uneven and horrible looking my skin was actually painted on!!! TERRIBLE! The first time I went to this salon, the nail tech kept trying to up sell me on E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!! Which drives me crazy, no means no, woman. Then she went and got paraffin wax, without my permission, and shove my hand in the bag before I could tell her I didn't want to pay for that. Turns out my nail tech was the owner, Kimmy. I swore I would never go back. Today my friend invited me to get get a gel manicure with her at the salon. I told her my first experience there was bad, but decided it had been a few years and maybe things had changed. NOPE! Today was worse then the first time! My friends nail tech ripped her cuticle OFF, didn't say anything and then was mad when my friend wanted to wait for the bleeding to stop before getting her nails painted. And as for me, I had Kimmy, part two.... Worst gel manicure I've ever had! There is polish on my skin, my nail edges are STUCK TO MY SKIN, and there are huge lumps in the polish! If you are familiar with gel manicures, you now they last a long time, so I guess I am stuck with this, or I have to go pay for them to be done somewhere else by a PROFESSIONAL! If you want good nail service, I recommend Pacific Nail Spa. They do a great job, low prices, and don't force up sells on you. read more

It the most awful La Bella Amarillo Texas salon in my life. Masters don't talk at all in English. I asked to help to pick up to me color for nails, me ignored completely. When I sat down in a chair that explained to the master what shapes of nails I want. The pedicure was disgusting. Such feeling developed that it is simple to master to spit on all my requests.
