The worst service ever! totally incompetent people and business. on one occasion the nurse laughed out load after asking me if I could be pregnant realizing that I'm told old to be pregnant. After driving a half hour each way on another occasion, they couldn't find my chart, and didn't have anyone to administer the product. A made another appt 10 days later and confirmed over the phone the following: the price, if they had the product and person to administer and asked if they could find my chart. I wouldn't drive out a second time without confirming every detail over the phone. Well.....I arrived and they told me they didn't have the product. I paid the $1000. to have skin tightened after weight loss under my chin. Matt did my procedure and told me to follow up in 6 weeks and that if I couldn't physically make the appointment that I could call and send pics which is what I did. I also asked for my before pics, but was ignored twice after asking for them. It has now been 12 weeks and still I don't see change. If it was just on me not seeing change I may not make that big a deal but family and friends also say they don't see results. Today I called the spa and I actually spoke with Matt, upon learning who i was he became very short and rude (I'd previously messaged them about my complaint.) In speaking to him and verbally explaining my dissatisfaction he makes the comment your procedure was for skin tightening not (fat reduction). NOTE: I went in originally for skin tightening after weight loss. Therefore, this brings me here. Posting my very hurtful disappointed review. Paying a grand is bad enough but then happily taking my money then hateful being rude and insulting is over the top. read more

I got xeomin minor results, went back 2 weeks later waste of money! Took my son in for a acne treatment he went through the pain and no results ,all I did was waste alot of money for both of us to be very disappointed. The staff that answers the phone beside 1 gentleman are very rude an act like their better than you. Not impressed went to another facility same treatment of xeomin results in 2 day wrinkles gone and the staff treated you like family very professional and warm hearted environment! read more

Don't waste your time here especially now. When Solomon was here it was great, but now that he's gone the place took a turn for the WORSE! The people that work there now are RUDE! Their February one day special was a joke. They advertised $100 to treat a whole area with Xeomen for your forehead, elevens, or crows feet. I jumped for joy at this deal because WOW! What a deal right?! I paid the $100 for a Xeomen treatment for my forehead and they only gave me 15 units (which A. Isn't enough to treat forehead lines and B. That's not a special). Without even looking at my forehead the nurse already had her units ready to go and knew how much she was going to give me. Previously with Solomon there, he would examine you before and mark how many units for which areas he thought you needed and would go from there. He would give several injections as well. This time, the nurse gave three injections with 5 units each across the middle of my forehead. I told her I didn't think that'd work and she said to come back in fourteen days for a touch up. Well it didn't work. I scheduled an appointment for a follow-up Saturday knowing they were closed Sunday and Monday which happened to be the twelve day mark (but technically less than 48 hours to the fourteen day mark). The nurse completely disregarded that ALL LINES WERE STILL ON MY FOREHEAD! The injections didn't work at all and she told me that she'd offer to fix my elevens for another $100?! I was like um... I came for the one day special you had for my forehead to be treated, not my elevens. She didn't offer to fix what didn't work and said I needed to wait until the fourteen day mark to look at it again. Really? Your closed the next two days and obviously it didn't work come on now. I don't have time to come in here again. I've got a full time job and just had a baby. I used to swear by this place and brought all my friends here and referred soooo many people. For them to not care and try to make me pay more for something that didn't work makes me upset. Solomon would have never done that to me and always touched up if something didn't work doing a special or not. I've spent lots of money here in the past and loved it. After I became pregnant I took that long break obviously and didn't get any injections. I came back after having the baby and come to find new people at the business that are so rude! Like what happened here? It's such a dark place now. You need to watch your unfriendly staff here Matthew. It's not the same anymore. I'm so bummed. I asked to see you both times there, but you were out. I spent $100 for water injected into my forehead I feel like. This was my first treatment for lines on my forehead since having my daughter and I was so excited to be back. The vibe was totally off when I came in both times. Three stars only due to the fact that Nurse Practitioner Kylie wasn't a very "people pleasing" person to me. I was upset due to the fact that Nakai always posts on social media stating they have the friendliedt staff that makes you feel welcomed and Kylie did not. Granted she did a good job on my filler but I did not feel comfortable with her on my appointment. She was very one worded and didn't even smile. She wakes me out and had very emotionless taste. This is my fourth filler and the previous people who have done my filler always made me feel so welcomed and very open to any suggestions and comments and I was never once uneasy! I did not get this feel with Kylie , and will likely opt for a different person to do my filler next time . read more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! I recently made the decision to get lip filler from Nakai and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I trusted the good reviews and low prices and put all my faith in this place. I asked many questions and thought I had made sure I was in safe hands. Boy was I wrong. I was left with uneven, lumpy, bumpy, and rock hard lips. I was assured it would subside after the swelling and to massage the area. I massaged and waited for the swelling to go down and it never changed, it started to look worse and more noticeable. I scheduled an appointment to fix the filler and was talked into purchasing a SECOND syringe. After the filler was injected to even out the bumpy areas I noticed more lumps. I waited around a month this time to ensure it wasn't due to swelling. It came to the point where I was embarrassed to smile, speak, or open my mouth at all. It became so apparent that my lips were completely BOTCHED. I attempted to contact the owners (Solomon) who actually injected my filler. I was told I'd have to pay to come in and speak with him. Stupidly I did expecting him to possibly make things right considering I was insecure to the point of not wanting to show my face in public. He tried to tell me the reason it was so bumpy was because the filler "settled that way." When I informed him it was this way since it was injected he tried to convince me otherwise. I'm now in the process of dissolving the filler in order to get it re-injected correctly. Im now a patient at Panhandle Plastic Surgery and LOVE THEM! Rude, Rude, Rude. The place that promotes itself as friendly and down to earth treated me with snobbery and disrespect. I had botox on 04/19 with Kylie. She barely spoke to me, didn't seem really glad to be there. Fine. The amount of botox she used did not produce desired results so I texted them to ask specifically how much was administered in each area. Received a sheet from Matthew with the written portion cutoff. I replied asking how much botox in each area? Reply "It's indicated on the sheet." My reply "the written part is cut off." Matthew called me. He said "this is why it does us no good to send these sheets because ya'll can't ...." Stopped realizing he was being rude. I told him that was rude. Then he told me you can't understand because you're not in the business. I told him I paid $540, I feel I'm entitled to ask questions. Then he explained the notation meanings on the sheet and it made perfect sense. He could have easily done that via text rather than calling and being rude to me. Nakai used to be a great place before all of the staff changes and the added non-scientific/nonproven treatments they offer. read more

i went 2 weeks ago and said i needed 70 units of botox 3 syringe of filler i said i trust you as long a gets my wrinkles gone. .well after week waited for swelling to go down and botox to work. well i had to go to amarillo so called told lady to have solomon call me. i was going to show him and hoped he would fix problem.didnt call, next day was doing makeup and then i was like they didnt call pissed at how bad i looked i disputed my charges instead of calling they put my face and cc charge up on facebook saying that i did theft of charges and was going to call police and asked people to help find me.which they have all my info had people writing horrible things and putting my address on there and people were pm my contact trying to get my phone #. they broke Hippa laws by putting on FB.Dont go there they tried to bully and humilate me very unprofessional!!! I have had treatments with both Matthew and Solomon at Nakai and could not be happier with the results. The staff is so welcoming and makes clients feel very comfortable. If you want a professional staff who does a great job for a great price then this is the place for you. read more

RUDE! I went in for my first appointment and everything seemed fine, finished the treatment and scheduled my follow-up (prepaid for 3 through Groupon). Upon entering the second time without my large bodyguard of a husband, I got terrible service, and upon asking medically based questions as to the overall outcome of the treatment, I was told to leave because I was being disrespectful. I work in the medical field, I want to know what the full effects of this treatment are, what I can expect and so on. But to this 'establishment' that is disrespectful and will get one banned from the premises. I am still in a battle with them to have my money returned from the Groupon since they would not continue the services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their services might be cheap, but they are not reliable or medically based. Getting laser-lipo is no different than taking a diet pill. You have to change your entire diet and exercise routine to see results. Those same results would be seen WITHOUT their so called "treatment". Avoid the scam and save your money! read more
