We were greeted by Joe and cold towels! Soon after, a drink and warm neck pillows....ahhh! So many people there make a difference in our week stay such as; Roger and Michelle. At the pool we were taken great care of by Maria, Jeanette, Lucinda, and Laura! At the upstairs bar, Rual was a fantastic bartender! We so appreciated our Butlers, René and Juan! At the Spa, we highly recommend Linda. And at the Salon, there's no better than, Karina! Every restaurant had amazing service and food. I want to tell you our favorite restaurant, but they're all so good and we have a favorite something in every restaurant, so try them all! We also had so much fun playing pickle ball, chess, pool, and other games! Just a perfect week, hanging out at the pools or the beach, just everything...so much fun! Thank you to everybody at LeBlanc that made our stay extra special! And we can't wait to come back soon!

I love this resort so much. I've been to the Le Blanc in Cabo before, so I arrived with high expectations, and Cancun still managed to exceed them. Food: 10/10 The food here is incredible. Every meal at every restaurant was consistently delicious and, in my opinion, even better than Cabo. The drinks were just as impressive. I started telling the servers what kind of flavors I was in the mood for, and they always came back with something spot-on. Service: World-class The service at this resort is truly next level. The butler and concierge staff took the time to learn our preferences and often anticipated what we needed before we even asked. José and Cecelia were amazing. They surprised us with treats and gifts in our room to help us celebrate some special occasions. We had only mentioned these once at check-in, so it meant a lot that they remembered. Every staff member, from the waiters to the pool team, made us feel so welcome. The only small hiccup was that our name wasn't on the shuttle list when we arrived, but they still got us a ride after a short wait. Ambiance and activities: 10/10 Being able to swim in the ocean here is a huge plus. While the resort is smaller than the one in Cabo, I really liked the more casual, laid-back vibe. The main pool stays open later, and there's a fun scene at the pool bar in the evenings. The events and activities were great too. We enjoyed the live music, karaoke nights, and meeting other guests from all over the world. The hydrotherapy circuit is something you have to try. The spa here is a bit smaller than Cabo's, but the experience was just as good. Final thoughts I highly recommend Le Blanc Cancun to anyone looking for an amazing resort in Mexico. This place checks all our boxes, and we'll definitely be back!

One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Surprised with the food, everything was spectacular. Couple of restaurants to choose from. There was even a coffee shop with delicious desserts. Every restaurant was different and had its own vibe. You really don't need to leave the resort. Service was excellent, I will say room service was a little slow but nothing to be mad at. The staff members treated us amazing, always happy to help with our needs! Definitely will be coming back for that reason. We appreciate Enrique at Yama for making our dinner experience one of best. The chef at Yama also greeted us with a delicious seafood meat dish. At the pool side we were welcome by Julio, Hector and Jubal; they were really attentive with us. Definitely will be coming back. The staff was welcoming.

Excellent service, food, and a beautiful hotel! My husband and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays and we had a wonderful time eating so much delicious food and relaxing in the pool and beach. There are 5 restaurants including French, Japanese, American steakhouse, Mexican, and Italian. My favorite was the French restaurant for their rack of lamb and crème brûlée with the Japanese restaurant's sashimi being a close second. The service was excellent with staff constantly asking if you need any drinks and there is also the le blanc mobile app where you can conveniently order items for your room and butler services. There are some entertainment shows and activities like gym classes and cooking classes, but overall there aren't too many activities and it can be a little too relaxing. It's a great romantic stay for couples but may not be active enough for larger groups.

Our stay at Le Blanc Cancun was absolutely exceptional. This is our third visit at this adult all inclusive AWESOME hotel, The service is truly world-class -- every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and kindness. The resort itself is stunning: beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing. A very special thank-you to Manager Roger, who was always on top of our needs and ensured we were cared for at every moment. The Diamond Concierges Patricia, Ingrid, and Sofía were outstanding -- attentive, proactive, and always ready with a solution for anything we needed. Their dedication made our experience unforgettable. Le Blanc Cancun delivers luxury at its finest. THE BLANC RESTAURANT BUFFET was amazing the food very delicious food, the breakfast, lunch and dinner, so much variety, vegetable seafood & steak, I have to say the stuff are excellent trained Rosario, Saida, Ulises, Jose Lazaro, Nancy. were sweet and professional. at the pool were Marine, Danatte, Chris and Armando they did great job even when was raining, we were extremely HAPPY to spend our Thanksgiving in this location.

Le Blanc exceeded all expectations! Brought the wife for a surprise birthday celebration and everything from initial reservation to picking additional add-ons to arrival were to notch. Cancun airport leaves a lot to desire but those stresses melted away upon our arrival. Greeted with drinks, warm neck rolls and prompt service did the trick. We've been to all-inclusive resorts before but the feeling of being pampered and attention to your every desire was unparalleled. Some places shy away from giving away food and drinks but not here. I even got a pair of pants ironed with less than two hours notice (my fault for forgetting the need but the butler came through!) We will be back!

Our first time at this adult all inclusive resort. We belong to Moon Palace, 45 minutes south of here, and we love it. This time we tried LeBlanc, part of the Palace resorts. We are enjoying it. This hotel resort is nice size with three pools, five restaurants and a variety of activities. For golfing we were shuttled to and from Moon Palace where we had showers, lunch and massages, tho LeBlanc has a lovely spa, also, where we had our mani pedis. At the Luna pool we did a spinning class on bicycles in the water. We participated in a movie trivia game. The evenings have entertainment at 9. We saw a fire/water show, a band, acrobats and listened to music at the Lobby Bar. We kept track of the schedule our butler sent us daily to find things to do like bracelet making, bingo, movies trivia, and how to slice a ham. You can relax at the beach or in a pool. Reservations are required to do a lot of things. Shoutout to excellent employees: Emilio, who is in manager training in Yama, our butlers Rossy and Ramy, and our concierge Ingrid. They kept track of us, and gave us treats in our room. We were waited on and given whatever we asked for. Laura, who led movie trivia and helped with the fire show was enthusiastic, and kept us wanting more fun. Leblanc is high end and special. A note: the facility is handicapped accessible, tho I only saw a few people with canes. The beach could be difficult with the uneven sand.

This resort was AMAZING, we absolutely loved the all inclusive adults only. We stayed in the honeymoon suite facing the ocean on the 5th floor for 7 days. From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and the check in process is so easy. They give you wristbands that are keys to your room, they also set you up with the hotel app on your phone. The app is a game changer and you have everything organized through it. We loved our butlers Antonio and Armando, they were always there to assist when needed. We had originally booked dinner at each of the 5 restaurants they had on site. We ate at each of them once but our favorite was Yama out of all of them and we ended up eating there for all our other nights. Guadalupe was our server there and she was exceptional, we loved her! The pool and beach service was a 10/10 as well. We were set up each day at the pool, definitely recommend grabbing a chair on the bar side because the sun hits there the longest. Alejandro, Maura, and Ricardo took very good care of us the whole time. Alejandra was amazing as well, 4:30pm everyday she would bring out the fresh churro cart. During our stay we used the gym everyday, they have everything including TRX and the Pilates reformer classes. They also offered morning yoga on the water facing the ocean and pool bike workouts. We also had a couples deep tissue massage with Naomi and Luz who did an incredible job. The sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzi, and plunge pool was a cool experience as well..make sure to reserve ahead of time. The one thing that sets this place apart from other resorts is the customer service. Everyone does an amazing job making you feel taken care of. Make sure to bring lots of $ to tip as well, they deserve every penny. We look forward to visiting their Cabo location next!

If you're looking for a place that has impeccable service, look no further. This place delivers beyond anything you could imagine. The butler on each room does whatever they can to accommodate your every need no matter how frivolous they may seem. My butler Brito was super friendly and met my every need (especially food like bone marrow). Outside of that, every food item was spectacular and fresh. You could tell every food item was like fine dining items you'd get at an elevated restaurant. Favorite restaurants was Yanma strictly for their sashimi, and Lumiere for their lamb rack. Also shoutout to Leblanc for hand made dressing and a bomb rib eye. If you're not a foodie and looking for adventure, however, this place is quiet and can be kind of boring. Luckily I can pig out which is why I could fit right into this resort

This May a friend and I decided to take a vacation to Cancun for the first time. We decided that we should stay at the Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive Resort. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Welcome Drink (not sure what it was, but it was delicious) and a warm weighted pad for our neck after our travels. Our luggage was put away until our room was ready and we received our wristbands to access the property amenities. We decided to enjoy that time on the beach until our room was ready and ordered some lunch as well. We walked around the property and it wasn't too large or too small. It was very nice and well-maintained. When we arrived at our room, our luggage was brought up to us shortly after. The room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We made dinner plans at a few different restaurants on the resort: Blanc for breakfast (no reservations); Lumiere French Restaurant, Bella Italian Restaurant; and Yama Japanese Restaurant. All the places we chose were delicious. My only complaint is the serving sizes are a lot smaller for Americans :-). I also think things didn't stay open long enough like places to get a snack or ice cream. Sometimes I like to stay up late and a nice snack would be great. The small time window it's open isn't enough in my opinion. Otherwise, everyone was amiable and the resort was very nice. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied and you may not need to leave the resort. I highly recommend which is why I'll be returning to one of their properties again next year.

Just returned from our first stay at Le Blanc - celebrated our 20th anniversary. We loved the food and the entertainment was quite good! We booked everything through the app, or via email before we arrived, so we didn't utilize the concierge (didn't even talk to one) or butlers much. We used credits for a cabana one day, great couples massage, and the romantic dinner on our actual anniversary. Met lots of fun couples and had mostly great service! A few hiccups worth mentioning: Butlers - very friendly but didn't feel like they did much or offered much, ran our own baths and got an extra candy on our anniversary... Cabana was nice, but the people around us got better service and umbrellas were set up so it definitely wasn't worth it especially if you don't have credits. Romantic. DInner - it was raining, so we went down and asked if we were continuing or reacheduling - they weren't sure (odd) so we stood in the rain while they discussed and decided to carry on. They sat us in a cabana with the wrong names in the sand... I told them we were in the wrong seat and they moved us! Food was good, they brought dessert and it had the wrong initials on it too!! Not even the same wrong ones. Our last night we went to the Japanese restaurant (again) and there was an a*hole on FaceTime two tables down super loud the entire time and the servers didn't do a thing about it. Everyone was irritated. They didn't have bracelets so idk if they were extra special or what. We overall would rate LBC an 8.5 - returning to GMP in June with the kids!

There are many pros and cons to this resort so I'll start off with the pros. PROS: Many of the waitstaffs and workers are amiable and attentive. You get a few that are rude, especially the manager, named Eric, who was condescending and rude and not helpful whatsoever. Restaurants on site or open (most of them) until 11 PM and if you are still hungry you can order room service for food. Their app makes it easy to order room service, get the butler to refill certain items and find out more amenities that the resort has to offer. Overall, beautiful resort with amazing views. We were able to watch turtles lay eggs on their private beach. (No flash allowed for anyone planning on taking pictures) Their gym is open from 6 AM-11 PM and it is well equipped with many machines and weights. CONS: I would say most of their cocktails are very watered down, which is probably to limit the amount of inebriated people in the resort. Le Blanc is a spa and a resort but the spa is absolutely trash. You literally have the word spa in your resort name and you can't do simple tasks properly. I got a pedicure and it was the worst pedi I've ever had. Lady was nice but she did not know what she was doing. She kept looking at the lady doing my brothers feet to figure out what to do. On top of that she dropped the scrubber on the floor and proceeded to scrub my feet again after picking it up. Gross and unsanitary. To top it off, my toes are uneven and the lady did not even take the time to do my toes properly. To anyone wanting to go get their nails done, avoid this overpriced place at all costs. I started developing an allergy rash throughout the night. This was on the last day and I didn't do anything different besides the spa. My mom and aunt's massage was nothing special. I would recommend booking your restaurant dinner reservations prior to arriving here since most places get booked up. Other than that, this place is spectacular and worth checking out. When we were checking in they told us that our stay came with $100 credit per a room to purchase gifts, but when we checked out they stated we denied the $100 free credit for shopping. Who In their right mind would deny free credit? They kept changing their story continuously lying. How is it that another party in our group that had a different room get the credit but not our room? Eric, the manager, did not even have a reasoning for it and just stood there dumbfounded. He needs to learn a thing or two about hospitality. I do like this resort for its beauty but I think that's the only thing really going for this place.

Sometimes all inclusive hotels can feel gimmicky, like being on a cruise ship or something. This was not that at all. This was a high end experience from start to finish. The hotel service and facilities are impeccable. I was blown away by the care they take to tend to each guest. I was only there for a few days and people took the effort to learn my name and my personal preferences. To start, the room was incredible. I stayed in a suite and it had a juccuzi right inside the room and an ocean view with a hammock. The room also came with a mini bar which was restocked daily (although you could also call and request anything at any time). Every day they had a different schedule of activities for guests with quality entertainment (not tacky acts). They had all all white party with a circus one day which was fun, a foam party, bull riding and more. The food deserves its own review. It exceed my expectations by a lot. They had several food options to choose from, including an Asian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, a mexican restaurant a cafe and a global buffet. The restaurants were all open extended hours until 10 or 10:30 so there were always food options available. The global buffet did different themed dinners every night. Of the restaurants, I liked all but I'd say the Mediterranean was the most high quality. The preparation and taste was on par with any top NYC restaurant. The octopus dish was especially memorable. Second favorite was probably the Mexican restaurant. They have a chef from Oaxaca who makes a great mole. At each restaurant, the managers always made an effort to stop by my table to make sure I had what I needed. The employees genuinely care about serving you and they do it gladly. Sometimes you go to places where the employees are disgruntled or have a bad attitude. Not the case here at all. Everyone seemed generally happy and in a good mood. It felt like most of the people here were celebrating something, whether a bachelorette party or birthday, but it didn't feel overall raucous or anything. They had a silent disco one night and I think that also helped with any potential late night noise issues. I was really impressed with how well curated the schedule of activities was. Additionally, the hotel was very clean. When I first got in, people were mopping. They're constantly changing pool towels that are left out. Everything was spotless. The sheets were crisp and white. My room was changed to my liking. No complaints. One of the better places I've stayed. I would definitely come back in a heart beat. I loved it here!

Of course. This was not my first visit to Hyatt Zilara Cancun and it was actually my amazing experience here in 2019 that started my loyalty to Hyatt. I am currently a World of Hyatt Discoverist member, and after my first visit to Zilara, we loved the Hyatt experience so much that we chose Hyatt Ziva for our vow renewal in 2022. Because of that, returning to Zilara was something I had looked forward to for years. First, the staff at this resort deserves so much recognition. My concerns are not a reflection of the employees because the service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. From before we even arrived to our final day, everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. Before our trip, Eddie reached out as our concierge and was extremely helpful in making sure we were prepared for our stay. He helped coordinate our spa services ahead of time and assisted us with securing a late checkout, which made our trip much smoother and more relaxing. At check-in, Luis helped us on the World of Hyatt side and was wonderful. He explained the changes and additions to the resort, helped us understand reservations, and made sure we had the information we needed. Throughout the resort, the service remained consistent. Even when I had a meal I didn't enjoy, a staff member at the teppanyaki restaurant was genuinely concerned, offered alternatives, and wanted to make it right. That level of care stood out. Our room was excellent. We stayed on the fifth floor in a corner room and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, and I loved the pillows so much I am actually trying to find out what kind they are so I can buy them for home. The bathroom was great, especially the mirror with multiple lighting options. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which I always appreciate. The only thing I personally missed was having a bathtub, but overall I had no complaints about the room. The resort itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area is relaxing with comfortable chairs, and it was never difficult to find a place to sit. The atmosphere is definitely more quiet and relaxing rather than a party environment, which can be a positive depending on the type of trip you want. The beach was well maintained, especially considering the seaweed situation during our visit. The staff worked hard to keep it cleaned up, and the things outside of the resort's control, like weather and ocean conditions, did not impact my opinion. The spa was absolutely phenomenal and I wrote a separate review specifically for that experience because it deserves its own recognition. The gym was also impressive for a resort gym. There was plenty of equipment, treadmills, a stretching/yoga space, and even a Pilates studio. I was hoping to participate in Pilates, but the class filled up quickly. I thought the fitness offerings were a nice addition. Where this stay fell short for me was the food. At an all-inclusive resort, the food experience is such a huge part of the overall value because you are eating every meal on property. When we visited in 2019, one of our favorite memories was eating at Pelicanos by the pool, so we were excited to return there first. We knew things had changed since our last visit, but unfortunately the quality and options did not feel the same. We tried several restaurants, and while the service was always great, the food itself was disappointing. The Italian restaurant felt very bland overall, although the bread service and tiramisu were enjoyable. The cacio e pepe and pasta dishes did not meet expectations. The teppanyaki experience also was not what I expected. I was hoping for more of a traditional hibachi-style experience, and the meat quality was disappointing. The buffet was fine, especially breakfast, but nothing really stood out. Room service was quick and the staff was friendly, but again the food itself was not something we loved. My favorite treat on property ended up being the ice cream at the coffee shop. The biggest thing I missed was having easy poolside food options. When I'm at an all-inclusive, I love being able to relax by the pool and grab things like quesadillas, ceviche, or small bites without stopping the pool day. The lack of that type of experience was probably my biggest disappointment. Drinks and pool service were great, and the staff did a wonderful job checking on guests. I personally don't drink alcohol, but it was clear they were attentive with beverages. Entertainment was limited compared to some other all-inclusive resorts. There were some activities and a few performances, but not the larger

The staff was always nearby, attentively anticipating our needs and checking in seamlessly to ensure we have everything we could possibly want, creating a refined and personalized luxury experience throughout out stay. The property itself is stunning- beautiful ocean views, though it is an old property but is well maintained. Our room was spacious and had breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The food was another highlight. With multiple onsite restaurants. Vina del Mar was perfect for starting the day- it serves breakfast lunch and dinner and offers mexican and international cuisine . Outdoor sitting was beautiful. All other restaurants would need reservations- and we tried Chianti Trattoria Italiana - serving Italian cuisine and had elegant atmosphere. La Joya- serving authentic Mexican cuisine with incredible presentation. With its prime beachfront location, relaxing pools, outstanding dining options, and exceptional service, Grand Fiesta Americana Cancun delivers a truly luxurious experience. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would love to stay here again.

The spa was fantastic, offering step-by-step guidance through the dry sauna, steam room, and both warm and cool pools-such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel sits right on the beach with breathtaking views and features several pools, including one with a fun swim-up bar. Dining options were excellent, with several restaurants to choose from, including Mediterranean, Mexican, buffet, Asian, sushi, steakhouse, and American cuisine. Our room was fantastic, with a rainfall shower, comfortable beds, prompt housekeeping, 24-hour room service, and turn-down service. We also enjoyed live entertainment and a night club on the property, yet it remained wonderfully quiet when we wanted to relax. We loved the aromatherapy --it was such a thoughtful touch. The location is very convenient: close to a pharmacy, just across the street from a shopping mall with a mix of upscale and casual dining and shops, and only 10-15 minutes from Cancun's vibrant club zone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We checked in on a Sunday around 4:30, and the room was already cleaned up and ready. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms on the fourth floor, and the room was well maintained the whole trip. Housekeeping was really good, and the lady who seemed to consistently clean our room was super friendly. They also do evening turndown service between about 6 and 9, which I liked more than I thought I would. The food was hit or miss. Sea Corner was easily the biggest disappointment. You really have to like ceviche to enjoy that spot. I tried the battered fish taco, which was a really small rolled fried fish taco and honestly tasted kind of stale. The red snapper tostada was okay, but still pretty subpar. Overall, Sea Corner is one I would skip. Ciete's breakfast buffet was decent, but still very buffet. Some of the food had that stale, been-sitting-out-too-long taste, but the omelet bar and fresh juice/smoothie bar helped a lot. They have two omelet bars, which spreads people out, and Marco at the smoothie bar was awesome. He remembered me after my first smoothie and was friendly the rest of the trip. Azure was pretty good. We split hummus and pita, and I got the chicken in red wine. The chicken was cooked perfectly and came on a bed of mashed potatoes that were really good. Dessert was just okay. The baklava was very cinnamon-heavy and almost tasted like a churro. MB was good and definitely felt like their "dress up" restaurant. I had the stuffed chicken, my girlfriend had the veal cheek, and we also tried the filet mignon. The filet was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the meal overall was good. Not amazing, but one of the better dinners there. Hidden Garden was probably our favorite restaurant. We went there twice because it was that good compared to the other options. The samosas, gyoza, chicken satay, shrimp fried rice, and desserts were all really good. The Thao, basically their version of orange chicken, was also really good. The pad Thai was okay, but sweeter than I prefer. Their signature cocktails were also really good. The Thursday night show was a nice part of the trip. They had a buffet by the pool, with a mariachi band from 7 to 8 and traditional Mexican dancing from 8 to 9. The dancing was almost like a theater-style show, and that part was great. The buffet was on par or slightly below par. They had a crepe bar, a grill with pretty good steak and chicken, and a couple decent soups, but a lot of it still had that left-out-too-long, slightly stale buffet taste. The entertainment and activities were a big highlight. Trivia every night was great, and karaoke was a blast once people started getting into it. Pablo hosted trivia and karaoke with Jorge as the DJ, and Pablo brought a lot of energy. Jorge also DJs at Egos later at night, and they played a good mix of American dance music and Latin dance music. During the day, we tried archery, water aerobics, bingo, the guacamole class, casino night, and a self-facial class. Archery was a blast, and aqua aerobics in the infinity pool was really fun. Ricky was a ball of energy, and Jocelyn was really cool too. The activities did not feel like boring resort filler, which was a nice surprise. A few things could be better. Pool towel service closes at 6, even though people are still in the pool later. There is also basically no shade in most of the pools, so you get crispy pretty fast. They also need to be clearer about which pool beds are first-come, first-serve and which ones are paid or for Club Aqua. I saw multiple people get moved because it was not explained well. Communication could be better too. Some restaurants are closed on certain days, probably because the resort was around 50% capacity, but they should give you a schedule at check-in. We planned to try Verana, their Italian restaurant, and then found out it was closed that day. The humidity is something to think about. Obviously it is Cancun, but the indoor areas and hallways do not have much air circulation. Our fourth-floor hallway also had a broken water feature with sitting water, and I think that made the hallway smell more humid and musky than the rest of the resort. The drinks were decent, but I would not go in expecting strong resort cocktails. I drank margaritas and pina coladas most of the trip and never really felt much from them. For stronger drinks, shots are probably the better route. Overall, Live Aqua Cancun was a really nice, relaxing trip. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the activities were way more fun than expected, and Hidden Garden was a nice surprise. The food is not amazing across the board, the pool setup could be better, and communication could use work, but I still had a really good time. Good resort, not perfect, but definitely worth checking out.

From beautiful sunrise to sunset, it's a must come. Mercado Buffet - (as pictured) the woman who was there everyday when I was there, was the bomb! Made tacos so promptly and they were so yummy. Definitely I looked forward to every morning! Habanero - Rafael M., we saw him on our last day. But never have I ever seen anyone so hard in such hot weather and be grateful to meet, greet, serve so many people and still put a smile on his face. If we went the beginning of our trip, I don't doubt we would have been there every single day because of him! The Spa - CESAR! Sofia and Sara are the people you need to cross paths. Cesar is the one who got us in. Never did he rush us, he wanted us to enjoy our time at the pool and he circled back with kindness. And that's the only reason why we committed to the spa! Sofia and Sara were our people at the Spa, and boy did they put in work! I felt so relaxed and decompressed at the end of our trip because of them!!! Tradewinds - Araceli, the one who made our last day special. I told her it was our last day, and she brought the whole staff to sing and had us wear a big sombrero! It was so heartwarming and it made my heart sink, and did not make me want to leave!! The French restaurant is also a must! Loved the potato leek soup and the lamb rack. The Italian restaurant had amazing cheese mushroom pizza! I've been to Hyatt Los Cabo's, and the one thing Cancun didn't have was to go boxes due to regulations. The dolphins are such a cute thing to wake up to and was such a nice thing to do for family and people! We stayed at the Turquoise building. Loved the bath outside the room! It was my birthday, and my boyfriend and the staff really made it beyond special. From roses to balloons, to cards, to the simplest reminder of all them knowing it was my birthday and wishing me the best. You will hear a lot of, welcome family or hi family. Unfortunately, for the past two years, our experiences have declined significantly. The hotel no longer maintains the level of service and standards we once loved. The atmosphere feels different, the staff are not as welcoming, and there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care. During this stay, we had a particularly unpleasant two-day experience at the beach regarding the setup of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rather than going into every detail, I will simply say the situation was handled poorly and left us very disappointed. What was most upsetting was that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or make up for the inconvenience. Even after speaking with Guest Relations, who mentioned contacting the General Manager, nothing improved the following day. No accommodation or gesture was offered, which was surprising given the hotel's luxury positioning. It is also noticeable that the property feels quite empty during weekdays, except on special occasions or long weekends. Even then, the warmth and hospitality we once associated with this hotel seem to be missing. That said, I want to sincerely recognize Valenzo, who served us daily. He was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, he would notice small details, like refilling ice before we even realized it was melting. His service was outstanding and he truly tried to make our stay better. Thank you, Valenzo. You made a difference. It is genuinely sad to see a place that once meant so much to us lose its standard. We hope management takes guest feedback seriously and invests in retraining staff to restore the level of service this property was once known for.

Everything was fantastic but all the food on the property is really great! We especially loved to order lunch by the pool. All the cocktails are fantastic, even poolside! Rooms are standard JW with some of them recently updated with the others on their way to being updated. Yes, there is a sort of a musty smell in the air, but that's in most hotels. It's a very hard to keep those highly humid rooms from smelling a little musty. You just have to get over it and enjoy the time outside the room. Pools are super cute and the beach area is nice. Easy drive from the airport and to the downtown or for departure to Isla Mujeres. We had two rooms, one at this hotel and one at a neighboring hotel where a large group of our family was staying. That other hotel requires wristbands, which we had, so security here assumed we didn't belong, even though we had rooms at this property. The level of aggression and lack of professionalism from security is completely out of control. This is not how paying guests should ever be treated. We were there with friends and didn't want be separated so we stayed with that configuration. I would try and get a room on the west wing. It actually looks to the east and you don't get the extreme heat in the late afternoon that the east wing does. We ate at all of the restaurants and our favs were the Black and White Steak house and Krystal. The Italian restaurant off of the lobby was good for a quick slice of pizza at lunch time. The buffet is like it is on a cruise ship and was good for most of our breakfast seatings. After a few days gets a little old. The staff was super friendly and hard workers. There is a 24 hour refreshment spot, but the food is only so so. Just for a quick sandwich or fruit. They do have a beer tap and a few selections of liquor available there for self service as well. The pool and beach area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. If you don't see any available just ask and they will make it happen if possible. My complaint about the pool would be they close at 7:00. One small pool stay open until 8:00. Way too early for an adult only. I suggest if you want to do excursions to go straight across the street to one of the stands. If you know what you want to do they are a much better deal, but be certain you know where you want to go. make sure and get transportation included in your excursion.
