I've been walking past this shop for over a year. Today stopped in and couldn't decide what chocolate to get. I got a couple Oreo cookies covered in milk chocolate and a piece of peanut cluster. Oh. So good. Ill be stopping by more often

Please carry more good *dark* chocolate (80% or more)! Happy to support this local shop. Pleasant interactions with clerks.

For those who don't know what the Dubai chocolates are, they are milk chocolates filled with shredded phyllo dough and pistachio cream. My first impression was whether or not I had walked into an art gallery or a confectionary shop. Uh...turns out both! According to their website, the owner and her partner were originally artists prior to becoming chocolatiers. This place just screams creativity and their chocolates are ethically-sourced and almost too pretty to eat. They even have a backroom gallery to showcase local artists' confectionary-inspired works. We couldn't find the Dubai chocolates, but one of the employees approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. Turns out they were in the back and they had just received a shipment! The Dubai chocolates were nutty, crunchy, flaky, and velvety all in one! Pricey, but worth trying. Also, might I just take a moment to say I absolutely adore the shop's name! It almost looks like "XO Chocolate" as in kisses and hugs, bu also reminded me of the language of the ancient Latin American civilizations and - fun fact - Xocolatl (you see the play on words?) means chocolate (literally means "bitter water") back when they would mix purely cocoa and water as a drink. If I'm not mistaken, this business is Latina-owned, so perhaps that was intention? So clever and, either way, kudos to them!

Packed inside this small space was an amazing array of candies. Felt like museum; candy store and art gallery mixed into one. Amazing displays. Great local sweets. Friendly staff. I tried the s'mores one not really knowing what to expect, but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. The marshmallow had this light, fluffy texture that paired really nicely with the cookie crumble on top, it gave it just the right mix of soft and crunchy. One thing to keep in mind, these are best enjoyed fresh. Once you take them home and stick them in the fridge, the toppings can start to harden and the overall texture isn't quite the same. So if you can, dig in right away. The spot itself is easy to miss, it's tucked into a little nook along Bay Street, right across from Jars. Definitely worth seeking out if you're in the area.

At least to me. The Dubai Chocolate Chewy Cookie is only available Friday-Sunday and is $7.75 each. Good crispy-creamy texture (toasted kataifi and pistachio cream) but no stretchy pull, nor chewy bite...the marshmallow exterior was like dry, stale playdough. The cocoa powder was not bitter enough so it was hella sweet compared to the ones from Korean bakeries. Their candied apples looked great tho and ideal gift of nostalgia for your loved ones!

Shoutout to my brother Zo, because we were on our way to Chef Smelly's when I mentioned Gregory's to him and how I hadn't tried them yet. He was like, "na bruh, we gotta go pull up." And I'm glad we did because let me tell you... best desserts I've had. This is now my third time coming in within a one month span I'm embarrassed to admit. I've tried the FatBoy (Combination of Peach Cobbler and Banana Pudding), the sweet potato pie, red velvet cake and a few other cheesecakes. Gregory's even has these hearty croissant filled pies, straight SHMACKIN! Get the chicken spinach one, you won't be disappointed. Surprised my wife a few days ago after driving 4 hours down the California central coast to surprise her with some desserts and she was not disappointed. Appreciate you brotha, I hope you stay in business forever. Blessings.

It's a very small underground-ish area, and there's no seating. You ask the staff for whichever pastries you'd like and they grab it out of the case/fridge for you. Ranked best to worst, we got the: - milkshake pie: omg idk how but it really does taste like a milkshake, coffee base with huge oreo chunks mixed in. brownie crust was quite tough but bottom was compressed oreo - sweet potato cake: yummm, tastes like carrot cake, well spiced, moist - coconut cream pie: not too sweet, big coconut chunks mixed into the base, light, very crumbly crust like loose crumbs - red velvet cake: easily the worst one, dry like a grocery store cake honestly Only issue is these got stale fast, like the cakes weren't moist the next day. Microwaved them to fix that and if you like warm cake then that's a helpful hack. They have a huge variety of desserts, many that I've never heard of or tried so definitely excited to try again.
