Guy helped us with our order, and also cut up separate lettuce and tomato that wasn't on the sandwich . We then brought some coleslaw, eggs, and milk, as well as some ice and chips. We also brought some modelo beer. Aisles were clean, there was plenty of ice stocked, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant. My experience with Vini, the kitchen designer, was extremely disappointing. I was promised one kitchen design and ultimately received something completely different. The entire process became frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful. Although Paul did make an effort to resolve the issues, by that point the lack of communication and trust had already caused too many problems. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation turned into a very negative experience. I hope the company improves its customer service and follows through more carefully on what is promised to clients.
