The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you." However, we gave it another shot and it's gotten a lot better. I highly recommend giving it a try. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and large portions. My only complaint is they need to work on bringing back their original egg flower soup. This one is good, but I would never get it to go because you can tell it's got too much gelatin and whatever is added it's a little pink, but overall it's good.
