I hired Daisy to create my bridal bouquet for my wedding. We had specifically discussed and agreed upon a white bouquet featuring peonies and lily of the valley. Two hours before our scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that lily of the valley was unavailable. While I was disappointed, I understood that flower availability can sometimes be unpredictable and was willing to work with a substitute. However, when I arrived to pick up my bouquet, I discovered that not only was lily of the valley missing, but there were no peonies either. Instead, the bouquet contained flowers and yellow tones that were completely different from the all-white design we had discussed and approved. At no point was I informed that peonies would not be included, nor was I contacted to review or approve a revised design. Because this occurred the day before my wedding and only hours before pickup, I had no realistic opportunity to make alternative arrangements in advance. We felt pressured to accept the bouquet we were given because of the timing. Ultimately, I was so unhappy with the final product that I purchased a replacement bouquet. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Had I been notified earlier that the requested flowers could not be sourced, we could have discussed alternatives and approved a new design together. Instead, significant changes were made without our knowledge or consent. After returning from our honeymoon, I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund. My message went unanswered. When my husband later spoke with her, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told that the flowers used were an "upgrade." Whether the replacement flowers were more expensive is beside the point--the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet we ordered or approved. We paid our invoice in full and even tipped before receiving the bouquet because we trusted that our wedding flowers would reflect what we had discussed. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations, and the lack of accountability afterward was equally disappointing. I am so disappointed in this florist & would never use again. I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered on my mother's birthday, received confirmation for the delivery date, & it was instead delivered the NEXT day after her birthday, around 4:30 pm. The flowers were okay, but looked nothing like the website photo. I could never get a live person on the phone, but left 3 messages how disappointed I was about the late delivery, that I would appreciate the delivery of $20 to be refunded (at the very least) & to please phone me. The description of the different sizes of the bouquet are as follows: GOOD bouquet is approx. 14"H x 13"W. BETTER bouquet is approx. 16"H x 14"W. BEST bouquet is approx. 17"H x 16"W. I ordered the BEST bouquet so I'm expecting an approx. bouquet of 17"H x 16"W. What showed up was a measly bouquet measuring 15"H x 11" W! That doesn't even cover the GOOD bouquet. When I showed my mom a picture of what SHOULD have came, the first thing out of her mouth was "We've been conned." Great job you guys. Instead of making my mom feel special on her birthday, you made her feel conned. I called and FTD said they will have them send a bouquet that is a closer description of the BEST bouquet. Guess what?
