Anna is a joy to work with and her work is absolutely beautiful. Anna did our floral arrangements (bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, arches, etc...) for our wedding in Capitola on 6/21/19. She was so kind and accommodating (even when I made some last minute asks two weeks prior to the wedding) and willing to work within our price point. I sent her a few example photos of what I wanted, and she took it from there! While we never met in person leading up to the big day, she's communicative and asked a ton of questions to make sure she could bring our vision to life. SHE DID! (See photos.) When planning a wedding, there are so many details and decisions to make (ie: stress) over. Don't make things more complicated than they have to be! If you've found Anna - CELEBRATE! oh do I LOVE Anna! Picked her to be my florist on my wedding last October and she did a wonderful job on all the arrangements! Her arrangements are so lovely and unique! price is reasonable (compare to others) I was sooo in love with our bouquets (especially mines!) Our bouquets were quite heavy and it is a GOOD thing... cuz that just means she didn't go cheap on the flowers! It is ALL flowers and no fillers just to make it full. They are all FRESH and actually lasted all day in the warm weather. Actually lasted a week or so... I brought them all back to my house! She is pretty flexible when it comes to pricing. She'll make it work for you and your budget. I had her do the whole nine yards. From our bouquets, men's bouts and corsages.. She decorated the ceremony site, reception tables, head table (oh i have the cutest side garland on the head table!) Also had her decorate my cake... Got to visit her store as well and it is the CUTEST little shop! nicely decorated and very inviting... I guess it also adds that she greets you with her warm super friendly smile! The MOST beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding! I'm so happy my friend put me in touch with Anna. From the start, she was really easy to communicate with, took in all the photo examples I sent her, and she completely incorporated what I was picturing for our wedding day. I didn't see a lot of examples of Anna's work in the style I wanted beforehand so I wasn't totally sure how the arrangements would look, but the flowers were even more beautiful than I had hoped. She really nailed the loose & romantic look that we'd talked about, and since we didn't really have "wedding colors" she incorporated the fall tones that we wanted perfectly. She was at the venue to set up right on time, made sure all the arrangements were placed in the right spots, and came back at the end of the night to pick up the larger vases and trees we'd rented from her. The more I look at photos, the more I realize just how much Anna did for us that day, from the fairy lights strung around the manzanita trees, to the 6-foot leaf garland at our head table, to the aisle arrangements in galvanized buckets. The flowers at our wedding were probably the one thing I had the highest expectations for, and Anna gave us something so beautiful and memorable. read more

I'm very grateful that I have Anna to help me put together the colorful bouquets for my bridesmaids and my own bouquet on my wedding day. It was exactly how I envisioned it for the spring theme colors and from the pictures I clipped from different bridal magazines. I was so happy to have my own custom bouquet with the freshest flowers and awesome arrangement. I really love how my bouquet was this ball of white peonies and lilies with a burst of colorful flowers in the middle and textured greens wrapped on it to accentuate the colors. My bridesmaids have more colorful bouquet to complement the whole entourage. I'm so happy that they're finally opening a shop nearby. This review is long overdue!! I first met Anna through my sister. She was her florist and was her wedding coordinator for the day of her wedding. So when my sister first found out the news I was getting married she highly recommended Anna! And that's when all our wedding planning started. :) Anna and her team organized our wedding back in September and til this day I am amazed on how everything turned out. Everything was so beautiful. Anna is great to work with, she is open to all your ideas & suggestions and makes it better for your wedding. She did the flowers and was our wedding planner and I just remember everyone telling us how beautiful everything turned out. We gave out our centerpieces and my family still has them! I will never forgot the whole experience of working with Anna because like with anything you plan out there are going to be problems, but Anna made sure that with all the stress of planning a wedding- me and my husband were the center of it all. Once I trusted her with all the planning, me and my husband were able to focus on "us." I always look back at our wedding photos and I have to give Anna and her team all the credit for making our ideas a reality. It was what my husband and I wanted and more! Our floral arrangement looks amazing, one-of-a-kind, and tailor-fitted to our personality and theme. Our flowers are high quality, fresh and very vibrant, what a bride could ask for!! I know part of my groom's boutonniere is shipped from Hawaii, and the roses on my bouquet are so lovely(and very fragrant too! according to her it's one of the most if not the most fragrant rose in the world) . She also included calla lilies on the bridesmaids flowers and hydrangeas on the church arrangement that are of my theme color. Wedding planning is a stressful event in one's life, and getting a planner that understands your needs is very important. I am thrilled that she opened her flower shop last July!! Anna did the flowers for our wedding on the UC Berkeley campus and they looked amazing - and also fit with our budget. I didn't have too much of a vision about what kind of flowers I wanted but I did know I wanted flowers in mason jars hanging from the chairs during the ceremony that would be moved to the reception to be centerpieces for the tables, and she went along with that and did it perfectly. I thought my bouquet and all the flowers were very elegant and help up perfectly throughout the afternoon and evening. I did sometimes feel e-mail communication with Anna was a little slow, but I understand she was just busy making amazing flower arrangements for other people's events. For example sometimes I'd ask Anna two questions in an email and she's write back but only answer one question. But rest assured, if you hire Anna everything will come together perfectly. We made THE best decision to go with A2 events for our wedding. Anna was just amazing. We had all these plans of doing DIY arrangements and to this day, I don't know how we were crazy enough to even consider doing that. Almost at the last minute, we changed our minds and with less than a month before the wedding, Anna worked with us to bring our vision to life. The moment I saw my bouquet, I was beaming because it was so beautiful. Our guests complimented our decor and centerpieces, including my mom who is not the easiest to please.
