I asked for some long layers and get cut off the split ends, and take out volume (since I have thick hair). At the end she took 30 min to only cut my hair after I waited 1.5 hours after my appointment AND didn't get the hair cut I asked for. Fortunately I don't hate my hair but #1 is not what I asked for and #2 is DEFINITELY NOT worth of 1.5 hours wait (with appointment).
