I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I originally scheduled a Clear and Brilliant treatment and decided to explore additional options during my visit. Janeen made the entire experience exceptional. She greeted me warmly and even recognized me from visits years ago at the Mountain view location.. That level of attention made me feel valued as a long term client. Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service stand out. She explained the new treatments clearly, including Potenza and Rejuran Pro, and answered all of my questions with confidence and care. Because of her, I purchased a new treatment package and look forward to getting started. I now live in San Mateo, and that location is less than ten minutes from my home. Even so, I am willing to drive to Mountain View for the level of service Janeen provides. LaserAway Mountain View is fortunate to have her on the team. A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! The results are wonderful and she always reminds me of how to care for it (for example, no exercise that raises my heart beat for 24 hours). Dr G is also wonderful with patients. She's friendly, calm, patient, professional and very gentle with the injections. There's been no bruising. Her goal is to ensure you're satisfied and happy.
