Was one of the younger girls that worked on me and later admitted to making fun of me to the older female employee. Extremely rude and unprofessional. You know how sometimes you go to a nail salon and you think the employees are talking about you behind your back in another language but then you think "Nah I'm overthinking it?" That's what happened here but THEY WERE making fun of me! I have a scar on my foot from surgery and at the end of the pedicure she goes "so we were laughing because of the scar on your foot. It's really ugly. You should think of getting a tattoo to get it covered so people can't see it." The pedicure was also not up to par and she did not cut my nails. I can't talk about all techs their. But the person that attended to me, what a horrible experience. Not only they charge you for the service you are getting they charge for extra. Went in for dip and the lady did a sloppy job like if it was her first time. Shape of my nails look crazy, dip powder color on my skin on top of that took over An hour to complete. when told how bad her job was, she responded I can take it all off, like I want to sit there another hour. Run! Way way over priced! It was our bad for not looking but $35 for just gel polish on my 3yr old toes, $67 for the most basic pedicure with gel so don't expect anything special. So for 1 3yr old toe painting with gel, 3 basic pedicures 2with gel 1 w/out we paid $217.08 plus tip! I called the next day just to make sure we were charged right. Just finishing my pedicure service and my only really great comment is the nail tech- she was wonderful! The Pandora station was nice (60's era). The chairs are old and a bit uncomfortable (the remotes are all damaged). Being in the mall, I wish I could have been facing away from the storefront window for some privacy. I waited 45 minutes when they said the could fit me in right as I walked in (I would have gone shopping had I known). I like the nail polish selection.... Time will tell if it will hold up (little to no OPI/high end brand polishes available). My main frustration was with the service. $40 for mediocrity at best. My cuticles were not tended to for more than a minute. 2 minute sugar scrub. 2 minute towel wrap. Quick sloughing on of oil... No massage with it. read more

I would have given it one star, but the person who did my nails was nice. I did this as a whim, so I was a walk-in. I asked how long a wait and was told just a few minutes. I signed in for a manicure and took a seat. Twenty minutes later, I was finally called. I had not been given a color choice for the polish or been told to search the polish racks, so I spent about ten minutes doing that while the manicurist set up his station. The televisions was on the World Cup and it seemed that the employees were all spending more time watching the game than paying attention to the customers. It was also very noisy so clear conversation was impossible. The manicure was okay. I asked for the square cut, which I got, but the nails weren't cut straight and I had to file them correctly myself once I got home. It was then that I noticed that there were bubbles in the polish. I decide to go shopping and come back. Comeback and they tell me no more for the night they're over booked on APPOINTMENTS!!! When I arrive the next time on Wednesday and sign my name they say 45 min. I'm currently sitting here at 1 hour and 45 min, while they talk about me in another language. Decided to come here to get my nails done for my wedding. They looked lovely but my pedicure lasted only a day & my gel nails didn't even last a week. It was about a week or less when they started to chip and peel off. The price was extremely high for them to not even last a week, around $70-80. She rushed, like really rushed, didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped, ripped off a piece of my skin when pushing my cuticles back, and didn't even cover my whole nail with polish. 2 days later, it's already cracking. $20 for a manicure? I had my nails done at Le Nails recently, it was a bad experience all around. The technician was rude, she dug her nail into the side of one of my fingers and my thumb until I bled, then my thumb got infected. She hit the side of my finger several times with the dremel tool she used to remove my nail polish. My fingers hurt for a week after I had them done. The tech also used tools that had not been cleaned before she used them on me. They were more expensive than other salons that I have been to. I was so disappointed, because Le Nails is convent for me to get to and I was looking to go there regularly, that's not happening. read more

I have been going here for the last 4 months, every two weeks like clockwork. Saturday I experienced the worst service ever. I had Danny as my nail tech, Normally I just have the pink fill done on my pink and white set. He informed me I needed white as well so I said I trust you guys...wrong decision. I asked him to just take a little off, well he chipped my set down to my real nail. Which if I wanted it that length I would take off my set and get gel. Then to top it off the white has lines on the side of each nail. The topping of it all he cut my finger with one of the tools. So I have short nails that oh forgot to mention have bubbles in the clear coat and a red flake in the pink of the thumb. Also instead of the normal $27 I was charged double of that $45. Which if that was the case I would have gotten a new full set. Very disappointed and won't be returning. I say avoid Danny at all costs. Horrible work and I feel ripped off. read more

Very rude, very expensive, very bad and quality. I spent $50.00 on a manicure. I went in for a manicure today and as soon as I walked in, the ladies were yelling at me because I couldn't hear what they were saying (there was construction by the shop so it was loud). I sat down and they started on my nails. Halfway through, the girl doing my nails just stopped and started having a conversation with her coworkers. They were just laughing and having a conversation. When she finished my nails, she went to check me out and was making fun of me because I wrote gel manicure on their sign in sheet. As for the bad quality, have you seen the 1000 layers mountain of nail polish? That's how my nails looked. And the lady missed a whole part of my nail. The nails were also streaky with uneven polish but sometime that happens. I don't not recommend going here. For $50.00 (which their website says $35) I would expect more bang for your buck. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is that the service was quick once I got seated. I waited for about 45 minutes prior to getting seated which is fine since it was a Sunday afternoon. I brought a picture of what I wanted to do.. Red nails With the ring finger being white with a red heart in the middle. I asked if this could be done, and I was told yes no problem. Everything started off fine and normal like any other salon I have been too. However, the technician did not let me pick my own polish and choose am incredibly bright red. The picture had a darker red, which is what I would have picked. The red Hearts were drawn tiny and not even. They were not centered and they looked more like blobs. She quickly rushed me out the door after this. I would lot Go back just. I like to pick my own color and I usually like some Design on my nail (nothing too crazy) which I don't think this salon can do. Very quick place to get your nails done. I get shellac nails all the time and this was one of the best places I've been. I can't remember the name of the lady that did my nails, but she sure did take extra time to care for my cuticles. My cuticles look great now. They also have many shellac polish colors to chose from. The lady next to me was getting some pretty intricate designs on her nails, which looked amazing. I really like the way they looked. I may consider getting designs on my nails just because the ladies nails look absolutely amazing. That manicurist that was doing her nails was very talented. Just left with a party of 4 paying $300 For our services. I would not be upset with the price if the service warranted the price. As I was leaving my foot hurt, i thought I had something in my shoe so I bent down to look and my foot and her the guy filed my foot so much he rubbed my foot raw. I pointed it out to the lady at the counter and she grabbed my foot rubbed it, looked at me and said "you have dry skin, go home and put lotion on it." If I could rate this nail job lower I would. The technician began by telling me I shouldn't have gotten an acrylic full set because she was going to shave down my natural nail. To prove that acrylic was a damaging when I rejected her suggestion, she shaved down my nails to the point of pain. When applying the acrylic she did not use a nail form as a guide. She placed plastic tips on with lumps of glue exposed on the tips. She could not shape rounded nails to save her life. She was rough and quick when doing the entire procedure. I have never had such horrible customer service. After paying I noticed bits were chipped and she walked away with no desire to correct the mistakes because she had already taken my credit card. Owner is beyond rude, but nail tech was great. I was signing into their sign in sheet and saw an employee trying to read it upside down, so I started to turn it slightly so that she can read it as I was finishing writing. She ripped it away and said "I need that." I was taken aback and the nail tech said he'd take me before I responded to her inappropriate action. Later, I found out she was the owner. I hope she treats her employees better than her customers. I was very happy with nail tech I had, Danny. He was personable, compassionate and did a terrible job on my gel nails. The employee next to him (not sure if her name) also seemed very talented and friendly. I believe it is definitely the employees and not the owner who keeps this place going.
