My Mom (93 yrs old) and I went for an afternoon of pampering to each get a mani & pedi. The technician cut her toe nails unevenly. When I asked that they be corrected an extremely RUDE & cocky Asian young man who spoke descent English asked my Mom if she had been drunk...WTH! My Moms reply was ...no and I didn't realize that about my toe nail. Then again he said... "Maybe you were really drunk and didn't know you lost a toenail". Then he laughed. Needless to say we were totally offended!!! And I told him so. Then he chuckled even more. Then they ruined my finger nails that were previously beautiful. They did not remove the dip correctly which damaged the nail. And filed them super rough. All my nails chipped and I've since had to cut them all extremely short. It gets better... Upon leaving I spoke to the manager to make him aware of the outlandish & insulting behavior. The manager proceeded to praise the young man technician for his "best English". Not even apologizing for our experience. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

It's now 10:24. My head hurts... At 10:30 I'm leaving! Well she called me back right at 10:29 probably cuz she saw me put my jacket on and she knew I was leaving... So I'm just sitting back here and I finally started getting serviced at 10:37...my toes better be amazing!!! I was done at 11:07 So 30 minutes and I don't feel like it was amazing so I won't be back. Idk I really don't want a wet pedicure anymore so I guess I'll be doing my own going forward!!! I gave her a 2 because she did take _10 bucks off! But if I would have been tried to reschedule 40 minutes before the appointment and been 14 minutes late on the rescheduled time frame, I wonder how much I would had to pay additional ?

I get hard gel with Olena and the experience and result is always 10/10. They always offer snacks and drinks and its always a pleasant experience. I get compliments on my nails even when they are 3 weeks grown out. So happy I found this place!

I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice tea selection. I find that places cater to coffee drinkers and tea is limited to regular smegular Lipton from the local dollar tree. Not here!!! Soooo about my service, Tasha came and got me right away. She was kind and genuine. We chatted during my service. She helped me pick a color and was very affirming. I did the medium pedicure, gel removal and additional gel polish since Cleveland decided I needed rain on my pedicure day. Ugh! My tea was tasty, my feet feel great. I took lost of pictures of everything but my cute toes. I dont post those for free. Lol. This is a modern establishment and I definitely see myself returning.
