UPDATE*** I used to love this place. But let me say this place does not welcome Black people with open arms!!! I used to go only to see Hannah. The owner was always rude to me, never spoke or even said thank you, nothing! I would alway say "hello" and go out of my way to respect my nail tech and the establishment. The messages you are reading are from Hannah telling me she doesn't want to service me anymore!! Talk about POOR service. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

They have many different gel color options, however I was slightly concerned with the lack of hygiene. As we navigate through the back end of this pandemic and in general, it's important to maintain good hand hygiene. My tech may have sanitized their hands prior to starting with me, however I'm not sure. Unrelated to the hand hygiene, the nail buff and file used were NOT new to me. He had clearly used the same set on others as the file worn down and had multiple different nail colors on it. The tech working next to me on another client had a new to her file/buffer, better sanitizing practices and checked in periodically with their client to make sure the shape/color/etc was to her liking. The tech went really into my cuticles...They are not red today, but definitely tender, the nail polish isn't smooth and it's likely it will probably end up snagging/tearing the polish off... Ultimately my biggest issue was the hand hygiene/tool hygiene or there lack of.

Pretty decent job and nice people. They do a good maintenance job and make sure everything looks smooth and even. I got the gel and it was pretty basic, nothing too spectacular but I also got a simple color.

Beautifully decorated and super nice staff. Excellent work- especially Hanna! Just wish it took less time! Don't try to run in for a quick mani/pedi; there's nothing quick about the service here- for better or worse. Also, they charge for the manicure (cuticle trimming, etc.) in addition to the price of the nail service, making it pricier than most other places. However, I loved my dip mani and it lasted for weeks, still looking impeccable and my regular polish on my toes lasted even longer! Will definitely go back and recommend to friends!

I have gotten quite a few services done here and always leave disappointed. The hygiene is horrible and the workers get offended if you point out anything they do wrong. The last time was my breaking point-the worker was working on my nails and cut my finger. Blood started coming out fast and he did not do or say anything. After it became impossible to ignore, he pulled out some neon green stuff and continued to pour it on my finger without explaining what it was or apologizing at all. He then started PAINTING OVER the blood like it wasn't there and put the brush back in the bottle. No apology, no explanation, blood in the nail polish bottle, no refund, nothing. Horrible experience everytime. If you do go, I would recommend choosing a different color besides the light pink since it still has my blood in it:/ read more

I have been here before. Today was awful. My fingers are still sore and my cuticles hurt from being pushed repeatedly even though I said it hurt. My nail was clipped - even though I asked to have them trimmed. I am sorry I went there. Worse experience ever. And the service was lousy. read more

New tech did pedicure. Put callous gel on stone instead of callous. Scraped my heel bloody. Tech doing manicure did not push back cuticle. Never ever going back. Owner's son was the best tech. He left . Need to find him to see him. read more

Maybe you'll have a better experience if you book an appointment but I wasted an hour of my life here and have no choice but to conclude the employees are bias. I arrived as a walk in on Saturday afternoon fully expecting a wait but not expecting that there would be no sign in sheet or system by which patrons were called back for their service. Several other women grew tired of the haphazardness and left but I decided to try sticking it out. When the owner/man in charge made it clear he would find any reason to serve those who came in after me BEFORE I was given any regard, that was a clear signal to leave. I asked him why everyone was getting serviced before I was and only then did he offer to soak off my gel polish...which was not answer to my question. Keep in mind that I was requesting the same manicure and pedicure service as everyone else. Nevertheless, this location obviously isn't for me. Bummer because from the photos it looks like they do great work. Maybe you'll have better luck? read more

Took my daughter here as a little 1 hr retreat from my grandson, for a relaxing pedicure. They upgraded us to a gel polish, which I usually get anyway but when we went to pay, our $50 level service had jumped to $75 since 'gel polish is a $25 upgrade' I have gotten manicures here and a gel mani is $50! NOT $25 over a basic mani... Plus, the quality was crap! My daughter and I both had polish on our skin, tips were not covered, my feet were still rough to the touch, and they did not need much work, and I had asked for a rounded shape and after asking 3 times for them to be fixed, I am sitting here with square shaped nails. I usually go somewhere else but this salon is closer to my house. I won't make that mistake again!!! A 50% price increase is NOT a small upgrade - that's absurd!!!!!!! read more

La Belle does excellent dip manicures, acrylic sets and nail art, and the salon itself and the nail techs are nice. They're a bit pricier than other salons and I've found the manicures don't last as long as other locations I've been to, but I come back from time to time! read more

This place is takes their time and is clean and does pretty good nails. But my friend and I both got a gel fill and my total was $54 and her total was $37. They claim that it was because I got longer nails but our nail length is pretty much the exact same. You shouldn't have to pay almost $20 more for a nail length that is barely a difference. Not going back because that's ridiculous. read more

I have been to two of the nail techs here and loved them. I went today, and the nail tech seemed to be in a hurry. I kept asking him to fix the uneven nails and he would do it quickly, but still not doing what I asked. Then when I came back from washing my nails there was someone else already in my seat. Two of my nails do not have the finished coat completely on them. Hopefully they can get me in next week to have them completely redone read more

I do not get my nails done very often, but ever since this location opened up, it makes me want to go more! I love the location, it's so convenient for me to get there from my home! The service is always great - they really work with my schedule when I call for appointments (even day of). They also have such a great selection of colors. The salon itself is very nice inside. It's decorated well and is always very clean. Hannah did my nails today and I adore them. I highly recommend La Belle! read more

This is a great nail salon. They have several options for pedicures from simple and fast to really long and really relaxing hot rocks massage ones (especially good when you are 9 months pregnant). I've also gotten several manicures from a regular polish, to gel to dip. It's really clean, friendly, good prices, great color selection and there's wine. Get at it! Highly recommended for groups for a bridal party, bachelorette party or just a good old fashion "hey let's go get our nails done" party. read more

Had a pedicure done and felt like the job was rushed and the quality was lacking. There was polish on the skin around my toenails and she didn't file my toes to match each other. I've had better experiences at other places. Will not be going back... there is also a $3 upcharge for all services post covid. read more

This place is so nice! Really good, would be great for a bach party or pre-wedding weekend. There's a bar, and like a zillion seats for pedis and manis. I stopped in on a Friday around 10:30 am without a reservation and it was no problem. Everyone is super nice. Remember cash for tips! Also, it's super new and they have the gel dryers right underneath the nail table. Super nice! Probably the best place I've seen! read more

I have been here multiple times over the years and NEVER have I experienced what I did today! The owner/manager was RUDE from the moment we entered. he then changed the prices TWICE! The prices on their "menu" are not what they charge you! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I'd rather go to the mall and take my chances. Absolutely horrible! read more

My niece and I had our nails done for my daughter's wedding. My niece received her first gel manicure and was thoroughly enamored with the pampering. She does karate and her hands take a lot of abuse. She loved it and said her hands not only looked good, they felt good. I had acrylics that lasted for a month. I don't often do acrylics but needed them to last a couple of weeks through the wedding and vacation. They only needed to be replaced because they had grown so much. The only downside is that they are not open on Sundays but are open until 7:00 p.m. every other day. read more

This place is a rip off!! I have gone several times until now!! I received a dip manicure, returned for a second dip manicure... they didn't take off the first completely just sanded it down and then reapplied I was told because it was the same color... it was so thick, then the dip lifted, one nail popped off returned to have this clutter mess removed, when I checked out they actually charged me additional to have the dip removed because it took so long to remove....they double dipped!!! Then had the nerve to tell me, "no charge next time I come to have the gel removed"...I wouldn't even think of giving them that opportunity! the manicure looks like a 5 year old did it I wonder how long it will last!!! read more

The salon is clean but the service was bad. First and last time coming here. I got a full set and he charged me $40 instead of $35 and when he put the polish on my nail I didn't like the color so he charged me another $3 for one coat of paint on one nail. So the total for a full set was $43. I got a non-gel nude color and I got them really short. I will not come here again not worth the price. Such a rip-off. read more

I went in this morning with a friend to get our nails filled and ready for a wedding that we will be in this weekend. The guy who did my nails didn't seem like he cared due to the fact he was going back and forth between me and another client trying to do two sets of nails at once. When he finally came back over to finish my nails he painted them wrong. I wanted 2 nails with glitter and one hand has 2 glitter and the other has one glitter one ombréd. My friends nails were all crooked and it was very noticeable. The last few times we've been in has been bad quality. The prices are always different. The workers aren't welcoming. We called to speak to the owner and he refused a refund. This was a very upsetting experience and we will never be going back. read more

You know how sometimes you go to a nail salon and you think the employees are talking about you behind your back in another language but then you think "Nah I'm overthinking it?" That's what happened here but THEY WERE making fun of me! I have a scar on my foot from surgery and at the end of the pedicure she goes "so we were laughing because of the scar on your foot. It's really ugly. You should think of getting a tattoo to get it covered so people can't see it." The pedicure was also not up to par and she did not cut my nails. I still paid and tipped but walked out in tears. Will never go back here again and no one in my family and none of my friends will either.

I've been getting gel manicures regularly for about 7 years. I would go anywhere convenient UNTIL I went to La Belle Nails in North Olmsted. Now I only get my nails done there because not only is it beautiful inside, they do the best job and have the most colors. Tom is my guy and I always try to get in with him, but I've had others that are great too. I highly recommend this place and have sent many friends there too who are extremely happy. read more

Give yourself an hour, maybe a little more, and pamper yourself. A wonderful pedicure and a great massage chair, plus having your feet pampered and heels cleaned up. Your toes nails shaped, filed and painted, truly makes your feet feel really good. Everyone who has done my pedicures at La Belle, has done an excellent job. Remember though, you cannot put the tip on your credit card. read more

I was very pleased with this salon . I pulled in the parking lot which was packed . I didn't think they would take me right away and they did ! I brought my one year old son and they were very accommodating; got me in and out in 25 min ! It's been over a week and my shellac looks like it was just done . I would recommend this salon to anyone read more

He accidentally did clip some skin which started to bleed, but he acknowledged it, apologized, and cleaned the area multiple times. Then the older man there did the full set of nails I explained again what I wanted and even showed pictures, he could not accomplish a French manicure either , he struggled with not only that but putting the nails themself on and shaping them correctly, again I asked for simply rounded and an active length.... I left and when I got to my car and looked again at the nails I just sat and cried !! They looked awful , 140$$ I expected to be able to get a French manicure. At that time I had already been there for 4 hours!!! But I went back in to see if he could fix them somehow, every time he touched them it got worse and worse, and he argued with me about how they looked .... Another 3 hours there, I had not eaten all day, they never once offered a water to me or to use the restroom or anything, I left once again completely disappointed!! My nails look sloppy, they're nothing at all what I requested and I have a very important event coming up which is why I went in the first place. Also as someone else mentioned the instruments were not sterilization, after about hour 5 I noticed them doing a pedicure on someone else and the instruments were in an autoclave bag but not sterile, I work in dental field and know that autoclave bags have a strip on them that turns colors when sterilized and it was not changed... plus everything he used on my nails he put right back into a drawer or container on his table. They cut up my toes and fingernails , and I'm positive my nail under the acrylic is completely destroyed now after him grinding on it over and over with the acrylic but! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Spend the extra money and save yourself time and a fungal infection and go to an actual salon!!! I would give zero stars if that was an option!!!

He missed going edge to edge on the manicure so it looks messy. The dip also started chipping within 3 days. The pedicure started chipping in a day. To be fair, we could've asked them to redo. But I don't think their skill level is very high and at that point we had been there 3.5 hours for basic mani/pedis.
