I tried looking for him later to get his name, but I'm sure he's West African like me). I ordered Crepe 31 (Smoked salmon, spinach, tomatoes, Swiss cheese and bechamel sauce) of the SPICY variety (they will ask you how spicy you want it); listen I was raised to love scotch bonnets, so I wanted this thing spicy and it was the best!!! What a great balance of creamy, spicy and savory! There's a plethora of crepe options, so I will definitely be back to try the other flavors! Also ordered the Bissap (shout out to the diaspora because this is Zobo in Naija, Sobolo in Ghana, and Sorrel in Jamaica) and it was everything!!! The right amount of tartness and spice. The tea was a disappointment - it had sugar when I requested no sugar. I think the white pearl has sugar. They did not have an option for regular boba pearls. The white pearl wasn't bad but it was too much like sweet lychee. Next time will skip the tea and stay with the crepes which are amazing !
