It was topped with sliced red onion and slices of avocado, and the masa was full of flavor. I'm excited to see what else they add to the menu. I hear tell of a potential wine program coming in the Fall. My matcha was potent and telling of the quality of their whole operation. The staff greeted me with a smile and were so friendly. I would come back for a coffee but tried the breakfast bun, solid yet a little pricey. It was tasty--egg was nicely runny, spicy mayo was a good call, avocado was a tad underripe. It's inspiring me to get brioche rolls and pickled onions and make the darn thing at home, then come back to Aura to enjoy the lovely atmosphere with a specialty brew.
