Dinner, for me, was the Grilled halibut steak, tagliatelle pasta with coriander oil and vegetables (Pave de fletan grille, tagliatelles a l'huile de coriander et legumes du marche). Halibut was cooked perfectly on the outside with some raw-ness in the middle, which was just right! My husband had the grilled pork chop, apple and sortilege liquor chutney, french fries, and vegetables (cote de port grillee, chutney aux pommel et sortilege, pommel de terre frites et legumes du marche).
