You enter the side/back of the building. My husband and I had lunch there. It was 1pm on a Monday and was bustling. I had the beef bibimbap ($15.99) and requested no sesame seeds. If you dine in, which we did, your meal comes with a free miso soup. My husband got the Maki combo 2 ($11.99). You order, pay and sit down. They bring the food to you when it's ready. When you're done you put your tray in the designated spot for them to clear away. The bibimbap was good. It was served in a regular bowl though, not a dolsot (hot stone bowl). It had beef bulgogi, carrots, mushrooms, onions, carrots, spinach and zucchini in top of white rice. They give you a squirt bottle of Gochujang. The miso soup was flavourful but it was mostly broth with a small amount of wakame seaweed. It didn't have any tofu cubes. My husband's Maki combo was 12 pieces of Maki with several different types (chef's choice). He enjoyed his meal. Service was courteous and welcoming. We didn't wait long for our food. The ambiance is a bit cafeteria-like. It's a casual eatery where you have lunch with coworkers or friends. It's not like a hot date destination, lol.
