I was told for the first time my dog has dry skin and they proceeded to point it out, though it wasn't clear what solution they were leading into--possibly another added service or product recommendation. Then I was told my dog had "a lot of matting" underneath her undercoat. They showed me the area, and honestly, it did not appear severely matted at all--nothing noticeably different from what she's had during previous grooming appointments with them. The owner continued explaining they weren't sure how long brushing would take before shampooing and because of that there "may" be an additional $25 charge. The uncertainty around the pricing was frustrating. I came in expecting a simple shampoo and haircut, but was quoted $115 with the possibility of additional charges depending on brushing time. The owner even suggested I take my dog home, brush her myself, and bring her back--which I found surprising. On top of that, I was told pickup wouldn't be for another 4 hours. To me, that feels excessive and seems tied to taking on too many dogs at once. If my dog is already staying for that amount of time, I struggle to understand why there may still be extra charges added. What's most disappointing is the amount of surprise fees and added services, especially as a long-time loyal customer. Every pet owner I've spoken with--many with the same breed--typically spends around $60-$70 for grooming. Also during our conversation another customer came in and waited with his dog , when clearly on their door it says one customer in store at a time . The owner should have made that clear as I felt uncomfortable all while another customer stands there listening in. Upon my arrival, there was another customer there with his dog and I patiently waited outside Needless to say, just be aware that during visits, additional services may be recommended that can significantly increase your final bill. -- A disappointed loyal customer

Luckily we found Monika and she was able to accomodate us on just a day's notice. When I first walked in I was greeted by the staff and explained what we needed done. Then I handed the dog over and waited for their call to pick her up. Just 2 hours later she was ready. Monika and her team did a fantastic job. I requested a deshedding service if they thought it was needed and they said it wasn't. I appreciated the honesty. If there was one thing I would have liked, it would be a better communication of pricing ahead of time. The website didn't list the pricing, and it wasn't communicated at drop off. Price was fair, just it would be good to know ahead of time.

He explained specifically very detailed and provided photo of a similar haircut we had in mind for our pet. we would much rather appreciated to be told it could not be done than completed in a chopped un even way. we requested ears to be cleaned which was not clean. if my husband didn't check they would have not informed us that our dog didn't let them allow to clean his ears. so with the groomers assistance my husband clean his own pets ears. I understand dogs can be nervous or move especially if it's there first time. To help the groomer we advised and allowed them to be firm with our dog or do whatever best to help them to get the results we wanted and so they can have a smooth time haircutting our pet. My husband request his beard and chest to not be groomed short. we wanted a standard schnauzer look. the groomer said they were experienced in these types of cuts which clearly that is not the case. his back the line on the sides is un even. his butt is red and looks irritated. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. This place is quite questionable. One time I brought him here for a haircut and it was taking an unusually longer amount of time than normal and I was told he was still in the cage waiting for bath time. After several hours, I called again, still in cage. Then after 10 minutes they called and said he was ready . I found this unusual but didn't say anything. When I took him home, I found out that they had not given him a physical bath but threw some spray was on him which was caked up on his neck. Fraud and yet they still charged me the full grooming price. Never again
