I can go into the doors being locked and owners cannot see the workstation from the the foyer, but as I was outside I heard my dog yelp. Not once but twice. My dog is quite docile and I'd very quite and good natured. He does not yelp unless being hurt. He's very kind and patient with my 1 year old Lhasa apso who has been going to him for some time now and I could tell hes kind to him by the big smile on my dogs face after his grooming session. Today is the first time I took my 6 month old Lhasa apso to Vincent and I'm glad I did because he came out looking even cuter than I left him. I'm a little weirded out by this place. I took my fur baby here for months and it literally took all day before he was ready to come home and this was not for appointments on the weekends. Vincent had my dog from anywhere btwn 10-11am until about 6-7 at night. I understand he is by himself but that's waaayy too long. My poor dog would have to go to the bathroom so bad by the time i picked him up. Plus, my dog is very friendly towards everyone but runs for his life when we would go there. Another thing that i find odd is that you can't see the grooming station from the front of the store, everything is blocked by a wall plus, he locks the door while he's in the back grooming the dogs. When i would pick my dog up to bring him home, he would act VERY strange. Very scared and would seclude himself. This is totally out of character bc my dog is super cuddly and loves attention. It took him a good 2-3 days to snap out of it. I hate to say it but i think the dogs are being molested. read more

All I can say is the Vincent is the best! He takes such wonderful care of my dog Charlie. I cannot recommend him enough. Charlie is a king charles spaniel, and his hair can get knotted very easily. Last week I visited Le Petique Atelier in Rutherford. My white Pomeranian NiNi had recently been diagnosed with SARDS, lost all vision... and is blind. In the past she had been groomed at at a big box pet location and I was hopeful to find a new place that did not have 4-5 groomers (tables) which might be less stressful for her. I met the owner/ groomer Vincent who was extremely compassionate re my situation. He said something like ... even dogs with a disability deserve a great grooming experience and we made an appointment for the end of next day. The outcome...
