And when we do have an appointment, we will need someone over the age of 21. To the owners- why are you paying 3 employees to sit behind a desk and turn away paying customers? I bought my dresses here when I was in high school 10+ years ago. Terrible experience treating us like we're too young and poor to afford a dress. I was prepared to buy her whatever she wanted. Also to mention, we were there 30+ minutes (inside & sitting in my car writing this review outside) and no other customers showed. Crickets. So it's not like they were too busy for us, in which case I would understand. I will take her somewhere with better customer service, prepared to help us rather than turn us away.

But even then they kept staring at us, and every time you would ask questions we got terrible attitude back towards us. We don't know if the employees were having a bad day, but I really hope this doesn't happen. Anybody else especially considering my friend was the one getting attitude towards and she already had a lot going on that day.

I paid over $600 and trusted her to fix the zipper and re-bead the back -- but on my wedding day, the second I put my dress on, it completely failed. My chest dropped, the fabric creased, and I couldn't enjoy my ceremony. And Please note - my ceremony was only 30 minutes long. When I calmly brought this up, she screamed at me, got in my face, mocked me, dropped beads on me , and dismissed everything. The beadwork she did was already breaking -- beads were literally falling off the same day. Another seamstress later told me the dress just needed to be pressed -- which julie was trying to charge $200- $300 to do. Even worse? I asked the owner for her business name she operates under or LLC and was told they didn't know -- even though they've worked with her for years. I asked, "So you don't know if she's a legit business?" and they said, "Yes." The level of negligence is incredibly concerning, especially when they're sending brides for her for such important high-stakes work.
