I went to buy things for a lingerie party, and they had items for any end of the spectrum. They had more traditional lingerie, all the way to crazy out there items. They did have a plus size section, but would have loved to see more plus sized items. If I was to go shop for myself I might have been disappointed. read more

She even gave me 30% off my whole order because I was patient and waited a little longer than normal. She's always super helpful every time I go in there. This is my favorite lingerie store in town! If you have that much to say about the experience it's a lie, I went to my car and read on the receipt that you didn't have that as non refundable, went inside and you said it was then different name that was on the receipt, either way you lied, I didn't ask you to resell it I asked for my money back because it wasn't a good pole that's costumer service what you do with it after is your business and you didn't want to take a lose so you made me.... I offered to pay the difference of a new one.. a pole that isNt opened a works... I didn't want the manufacture involved if it wasn't a good pole to begin with, why would I want it again?? also you didn't tell me come back if it had an issue so your lying again, and why would I go back if you told me you weren't going to give me my money? I left this review because of how poor you run the business many of my friends have also said that they can't return items that you made mistakes on there for I decided to finally leave my review that you are still trying to argue on, don't lie and you won't have bad reviews .. The same reason you sent me a 4 paragraph response is the same reason I didn't go back if you wanted to fix it you could have.. lmao I'm not reading all of that . This place has great stuff, however I have never been treated so poorly at a store before. The first thing that happens when I walk in is getting my bags taken from me by the employees. Besides my friend and I THE WHOLE STORE IS EMPTY. not a single other customer. So whatever, it's fine I guess. I mean, they have cameras at every angle but fine. What really got me were the signs hanging around. SUPER rude and condescending like everyone is trying to steal from this store and saying not to even open the shoe boxes? Honestly if you haven't seen them go ahead and check out the signs but you'll have to deal with extremely rude employees who are bothered by your presence and a very awkward environment. really.... How do you expect sales? The two women working were very condescending. They would even butt into our conversations giving their own rude personal opinions. I was ready to spend a lot of money there but I felt so uncomfortable there I just left. read more

We were looking for non costume related corsets on Halloween of all days... They were jam packed with plenty of ladies trying to get their costumes. We barely had to wait in the well organised dressing room area. And we definitely got more help than we ever needed. Also, they are a local business and beat the panties off Cindies and Tabu on prices. We got 3 nice corsets for what we would have paid had we bought the one we had just seen at Tabu. read more

I would love to give them a 0 star review if I could. They dont even deserve a star. My shopping experience was the worst here. They are not very friendly or helpful. All the employees do Is sit around until someone needs something. Also the sizing is quite limited and the selection is small. It appears they dont change styles much since you see the same pieces you saw months ago. I also think that their dressing room policy is ridiculous and it discourages people from trying on. Sorry I domt feel like having some stranger zipper my garment I'm basically naked in. No thank you. So sorry I'd spend my money else where were there is more variety and more friendly staff. read more

I was pretty unhappy with this place. As soon as I walked in I was asked for my purse. I think I barley got a "hello, how are You? " Now being a women I know I speak for most, I do not like my purse being taken from me. This also implies that I MAY STEAL from her. And I don't trust the lady who wants to take my purse and wants to keep it behind the counter while I shop. I have never had any lingerie store employee/owner take my purse from me, even a lingerie stores in ghettos areas (yes I've been into a few of those in my days, lingerie is lingerie as long as your treated kindly) let alone a store who calls themselves a "boutique". So this really took away from fun experience of shopping for my husbands birthday. I won't shop here again stereotyping your customers makes the business seem low class. read more

Best clothing and shoe selection in Austin! These places usually don't impress me much, but I love this boutique...I usually end up having to get my dance lingerie and shoes at regular mall stores because I refuse to wear what every single girl usually has on. The prices are reasonable and definitely worth it with the discount! They have very helpful and friendly staff as well! read more
