The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, all the seafood tasted fresh and flavorful. However, the seafood in the paella was slightly overcooked, which caused it to lose some of its natural juiciness and affected the texture. Cons: they tried to cheat us on the bill twice. We ordered a salad which never arrived but it was on our bill for 20euros. We asked to have it removed. When the revised bill came, it now had a different name with 12euros. We asked to have it removed again. Finally the third time, they got it right. Just figuring out the bill took 30mins. Food took 60mins after ordering, and they also never gave us extra napkins after we spilled our drinks.
