You could call ahead but I have had pretty good luck doing walk in. You are given shorts and a top to change into as well as a small electronic locker in the bathroom to place your personal items. The place is clean and everyone is kind. The menu of services can be very overwhelming as there are so many great choices. My recommendation is to let the guy at the front desk, who is reliably there, know what you are hoping for and where you need help on your body and he will make a good recommendation for you if you have trouble choosing something. If you've never been lucky enough to enjoy thai massage, just know it can feel very strong so be sure to vocalize your needs for how much you can tolerate. This place is amazing, They take you into the back and give you a shirt and shorts to change into along with spa shoes. My mom and i got a herbal foot detox and a full body combo massage. So this was my first massage experience and it was fantastic. My usual massage are the chairs at my gym. What made me book an appointment was that my muscles were very strained and sore. The week leading up to my massage, I was working out 3 hours a day at the gym and then I would come home and go on an hour walk with my dog. I was doing this back to back until Christmas came around and my muscles were shutting down. It was painful to sit and stand. My massage was done by Charlie and he was incredible. The rooms were dim and serene. I love hearing the sounds of my body cracking. The massage starts with the backside and slowly moves to the head and then the frontside of the body. When he pulled my feet and arms, it reminded me of when I was little and my dad would do the exact same thing to my toes. It hurts a but feels so good afterwards. The day after my massage, the sores muscles in my back and my left leg were gone as if a spell was cast on me. I couldn't believe that I went from three days of aching pain to nothing. Spectacular experience. I've had a few massages in downtown Denver that were pricier and were not even close to as well done. My wife and I had a couple's massage and got a quick response when messaging on Yelp. They set us up with a next day massage for $120 and when you pay in cash you get free hot stones which was totally worth the pain of going to an ATM. The masseuses were as professional as it gets, no wasted time, motion or effort. Le Spa came highly recommended; so I made an appt. for an hour massage. The lady managing the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The therapist entered the room; however, I never saw his face which made me feel like I was just another piece of meat to them vs a client that needed body work. This massage was the worst massage I have ever had, and I have had massages regularly for 30 years. This therapist was so heavy handed, I swear I asked him to lighten the pressure no less than 30 times. While face down, he kept forcefully pushing on my upper back and neck down, worked my upper back and neck so much, so roughly, and with so much pressure I still cant turn my head, lift my arms, or sleep on my back, three DAYS later. I have never had back pain AFTER a massage! The therapist used his elbows, forearm and I think knees, as I felt him climb onto the table. His technique was more about painfully holding and pushing on my muscles vs massaging the tissue. Towards the end of the massage he performed some cranial massage, but really all he did was pull my hair hard, for 5 mins. It was terrible!!! At the end of the massage he asked how I was feeling, and I said, "not good, the pressure was uncomfortably painful". He said, "no pain, no gain", and walked out! I wish I had stopped the massage as I knew he was hurting me not helping me. I have been using THC spray on my back and neck since Friday night after my massage. Unfortunately I do not know the therapists name, as I couldn't understand the lady at the front desk due to our masks. My advice if a massage isnt going well, stop the massage. I think I have two or three more days of pain ahead of me. So disappointed. read more

My girlfriend and I made appointments on a slow day and extended our time from 90 to 120 minutes because the treatment was so good. The storefront doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior is very nicely appointed. The owner offered some hot tea or water before we started our session (I had the tea), which was nice and relaxing. Interior is clean and pleasant. Both of our masseuses were fantastic, but please make sure to tip well. They have really low prices, like really low ( I think $70 for 2 hours?!?!). And that sometimes translates to low tips if you pay them as a percentage of the total, but even being generous (20%) that only equals a $14 tip for their time. Where a fancy spa that charges $180 or more for the same time would result in a bigger tip. Sorry, I feel bad for them because my gf speaks Mandarin and got the low down. Very different massage then the first one I got here. I knew right away something was off and almost asked to stop the massage pretty much immediately. But I kept hoping it would get better. It didn't. The whole thing seemed rushed. Very painful. She did not seem intuitive to my pain level at all. The only thing she kept saying was "medium?" Like, what was that supposed to mean? I prefer a deep tissue massage and I would highly recommend Rebecca she is second to none. I have gotten to know the owners Amy and George and they are both very nice people. I have sent no less than eight coworkers that have been very happy with their massage as well as eight or nine family members including my wife for a couples massage and all of my adult children and their spouses.
