I mean it was ok I have never gotten a Chinese massage before and it was an experience let me tell you. I'm not really use to people giving me a massage with like chopping with the hands kind of movements that was weird for me and I told the lady at the front desk medium pressure and the lady I got was like extreme me hard pressure and like extremely hard digging into my bones and skin and I told her it's too much and rough but she then continued to be extremely hard so now I'm in more pain than I was before I came in and it made everything much worse! The hot stones and hot towels was nice though but I don't think I'll be coming back I'm in way more pain than I was and now there's nothing i can do about it!! So my boyfriend and I came here for a couple massage in a private room together. Charlie did my massage and a women was his masseuse. He has the strength but the way he roughly run through my back many times caused inflammation, my whole body was swelling after massage. He huff and puff in my face during the massage made me so uncomfortable. Also, whenever he fixed my cover, he lifted up too high which made me loose all my privacy. There should be a $5 off discount which they did not HONOR. Both of our combo massage was $40 each, we gave extra $20 bucks for our masseuse. I think Charlie was mad because boyfriend gave the lady $40 bucks and didn't say he gets $20 too. (Charles, if you are reading this reviews, you get $ 20 tips). I don't think it's worth it after 4 days of pain from muscles damages. If anyone wants to get a profession massage, I recommend to check their licence before going. OUCHIE!!!!! read more

I have been getting regular treatments at Le Spa for over a year now and it's past time to leave a review. They practice traditional Chinese massage, which can be intense but highly therapeutic. The practitioners are all professional, skilled, respectful, and strong! I'm a fan of the 90 min deep massage. Unlike most western spa massages, the largest muscles in the body are not ignored. Therefore you can expect extensive glute work (and you probably need it), so if you are not comfortable with that then let the owner/receptionist know when you arrive. She really helped to target my knots and tension in my upper back with strong pressure. The woman working the front desk was also very welcoming! I've been going to this place for a couple times now and every time there's a gentleman charging in the front desk he's very rude and disgusting when it comes to the tip. I recommend my mother in law and many more people to go there and after today's experience I will NEVER go back. I understand and I know very well how to TIP but when someone is demanding more money that is very unprofessional. Every time we went I would spend more then 100$. I'm not happy with the massage / experience I got because I asked the front desk lady to advise the massage therapist to focus extra attention on my quads because they needed it, but this was not done. Also the massage therapist did not apply the right pressure which I requested which was medium hard. Also the overall technique used or lack there of was bad. When I brought my concerns to the receptionist who spoke good English, she told me that my therapist is 67 years old, etc... I'm a person who is very understanding and empathetic, and I wouldn't be writing this review if the extra time (I requested) was focused on my quads like I asked. I know I could of spoke up, but my therapist didn't speak english, and I was a bit tired. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the receptionist because she assured me that she would communicate this to the person giving me the massage. People spend a lot of money on massage therapy and other forms of therapy so at the very least vital instructions need to be followed. Another thing I found unbecoming is the massage table where it has the face part smelt of chemical. It smelt like rubbing alcohol. I know these tables, rooms, etc. need to be cleaned (especially with Covid), but I'm not trying to inhale alcohol and other possible cleaning agents while I'm getting my massage. I would of appreciated if the front receptionist/ manager validated my concerns, but she was dismissive and uninterested. It was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend people come here, particularly on Sunday's b/c the manager be her own self admission said she has her worst therapist on those days. Also we were up sold ( my wife and I) on hot stones and apparently essential oils and lotion that cost us an extra $40. This is a complete waste of money in my opinion. read more

I have a Massage Envy membership but come here when I need some serious deep tissue work. I've done the Chinese full-body massage and the Thai massage, and both are excellent for really digging into those tough knots. Today, I was in for the Thai massage with Lisa. I came in tight all over and left loose and relaxed. Lisa found all my knots and worked them out. Why on earth have I not gone to this place when it's so close to my house?!? I made the unfortunate decision to climb the incline the weekend before I came here and I was so sore, I needed relief immediately. Luckily I had my gf with me who wanted a nice massage too , so we both decided to experience this shop together. We just did a walk-in on a random Tuesday at 12:30pm. We both did the combo for $40. My gf had a masseuse ready and didn't have to wait at all, but I had to wait about 15 minutes for the guy they recommended. They do charge you first and have you sign your receipt, but you leave the amounts blank until after your massage to write in a tip and total amount. It is a different way of doing things, but I'm assuming there's been some incidents for them to have this policy. One recommendation I would have is to ask about any injuries or if there was a particular reason that someone wanted a massage. Anyway, all the people here were very attentive and would ask if we wanted tea or water and how much pressure we wanted. My friend opted for light to medium and I did medium to hard. We got placed in a room together ,which was nice. I got Charlie, which from other reviews I can tell he is the hard pressure guy. I am a small person and most of the masseuses I go to are either too scared they'll break my bones or, they just don't have the hand strength to push those knots out. Neither of these items were an issue with Charlie. He did pressure points and was very firm throughout the massage. After my massage, I felt more relaxed and less sore. I have to say this is almost comparable to the $120 massages I have gotten. This is pretty much the exact kind of massage you'd get in China(it does help that the owners are Chinese), and you can't beat the rates. Some masseuses rush through the process but she took her time and really put in work! Not easy what they do. I went in for a massage last night. I made a 6pm appointment. My massage began at 615pm. There is a basic $25 foot massage with your clothes on in a semi open room. Note you cannot use the $5 off check in for this service. There is a combo and full massage also in private rooms that range from $45 and up. I elected to do a combo. She always apologized and tried to be sweet. I have been getting massages for many years and normally get 3 or 4 massages a month, due to back and neck tightness. so I feel I know when a masseuse is good. I paid for 90 minutes and because of the quality of the massage and the interruptions I left after 1 hour as it was literally he worst massage I have every experienced. Possibly the best massage I've ever had. Le Spa is clean, the staff is friendly and the massage was divine. It was $40 (+10 tip) for a one hour foot/whole body massage. Clothes off, too, so lots of oil, exfoliating, etc. I will definitely make Le Spa a regular stop when I'm in the Denver area. I had Jain (she was amazing) and my friend had Lisa (also amazing). I'm disabled and so most massage therapists I've encountered treat me like a child because they don't want to "break" me.
