An employee was very helpful with suggesting different items in this store.   I saw Manic Panic has been replaced with Arctic Fox semi-permanent hair dye.  I think it would be very cool if this dye could be a permanent hair dye.  I know my wife would enjoy this better. I saw Billie Eilish posters and shirts, but I got the feeling of a deeply depressed woman when looking at the posters and shirts.  I am sure she has a much better personality than the posters and shirts let on. Speaking of shirts, I  enjoyed looking at  Michael Myers  Halloween shirts.  The shirt where Myers is standing on a bridge, looks like a painting a can't place.  Nevertheless,  I like the shirt. I also liked the shirt where Michael Myers is giving you the finger. Yeah, Michael Myers is showing some emotion.  The third shirt is nothing special, but I do have it in the photo I took.   There are two things I normally look for when coming to Spencer's Gifts.  The first would be the wallets.   I bought two tiny Batman wallets, but since that time, they have all been abolished....just like the Batman Arkham Harley Quinn wallets. The other item I look for are the throw blankets.  I aquired a Harley Quinn throw blank from the Batman Arkham series.  I like to see what new throw blankets are being sold.  I never know if I might end up buying another throw blanket for $29.99 It is always fun visiting Spencer's Gifts.  I might be back for the adult toys for my wife's birthday.

I was shopping in the store and, when I was ready to check out, there was no one at the register. I saw the receptionist folding shirts, so I approached her and asked who was working at the register. Instead of responding to me, she moved abruptly and aggressively, almost pushing my daughter aside. My daughter, who was simply trying to be polite, even said "excuse me." Her overall attitude came across as very rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming. She barely acknowledged me, and when she did speak, her tone was very nonchalant and unpleasant. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I strongly encourage management to address this behavior because I don't believe someone who interacts with customers in this manner represents the welcoming environment your store should provide. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the situation can be addressed appropriately.

8/3/20 In all the years I have passed by this place, I never…read moreonce walked inside of this business store until today. For years I drove by and see the red sign shouting Dollar Store. The cheapest video I saw was for $2.99 If you are shopping around for a movie for $.99, you might be out if luck. Hell not even the porn is going to be $.99, but we will get to that later on. Looking around inside the shop, some upgrades have been made. This is apparently obvious in the porn section, but we will get to that later. The office layer of the shop is located by the porno mags. I wasn't 100% sure you couldn't walk up to there and start looking at Big Jugs or Booty Mamma, but maybe you can. Walking around in the rated R section to PG section is all in the same place. Police Academy got my attention on CD, but there was a crusty brown substance on the case that changed my mind on buying it. There two employees there offered no greeting, but if you made eye contact with them, they gave you a head nod. It did not talk look to walk around the place. A poster of Final Destination 5 caught my eye. It occurs to me that I never made it past Final Destination 3. Guess the desire of seeing more of Tony Todd went away. Finally, I decided to check out the porn island. From the looks of things, this could be where porn goes to die. I saw many things from Cheri Poppin Daddies, to Cum on Eileen. You had porn that were parodies of shows/movies like Scooby Doo...(Hey, Velma Dinkley is a hotty)... , The Matrix, and many more. Honestly, my mind was thinking you could look this stuff up online for free instead of paying for it, but hey, what ever gets you going. I saw some autographs of porn stars that have been to this shop. The porn section has grown and you are being watched. What I did not see is the Manga, Anime and Hentai section, but I am sure it is there. Before I left the store with nothing purchased, I found out from the manager you can ret or buy videos here. Hey, I like porn, but I wasn't really into it all that much this time around. Not even the pictures of White Girl's backsides was all that good. Guess I just had to be in the mood. Of course, I didn't go on opening day because I'm pretty sure it was crazy but I went this afternoon while everyone was at work and school. Naturally, there was no one at the mall,, nor at the Savage X Fenty store, so I just waltzed on in. First impressions? The store is actually *quite* small. I suppose I was expecting it to be the size of a PINK or Victoria's Secret, but it was still a pretty sufficient size. The storefront is *beautiful* and even that word might be an understatement. Front and center when you walk in the door are plus-sized models rocking the hell out of the fishnet VIP package pieces. I was instantly pleased because how often do you see size inclusivity in lingerie stores.. well, stores period? I'd bet you'd have to think a while for an answer to that one. So, after walking into the store you are greeted by mirrors and technicolor neon lighting everywhere and blaring music like you're walking into a non-stop party. The interior design is actually quite polarizing at first but once you get in and actually *look* around at all the pretty little pieces, it fits the store's motif. There are sections for everyone's tastes: in the front, we have the bold, statement pieces with the wild and brash patterns. In the next room, we have activewear and sports bras. The back rooms hold the men's pieces (actually, everything is pretty unisex, so that's pretty freaking cool) and the room to the right holds the sleepwear. The bralettes are pretty cute! They have many different styles from the "cotton essentials" to the statement pieces, like a see-through fishnet sports bra (that's what I got, super cute, sizing seems to be true-to-size for future reference). They have push-up bras as well, for the people looking to support the puppies. The customer service was excellent: they got me fitted for the right size of bras and leggings. The dressing room?? It's freaking amazing. If you need a different size, you use the Telsa-sized touch screen to call an associate or if you would like to look at the reviews/see different colors of the item you are currently trying on, you simply go to the tag on the article of clothing, scan the QR code under the scanner and BAM! Like freaking magic. You can see different sizes modeling the same bras and it's just so.. size inclusive. The prices weren't... bad at all. Naturally, I was expecting it to be much, much more expensive because you know, celebrity brand... but all in all? A pretty cool experience and I'm pretty likely to cope with the 395 traffic to come back again. Thanks, y'all. So yesterday, I went into the store. I was greeted by the sales person who was talking to her friend. Other than that, the sales person continued to talk to this person and offered no assistance while we were in the store. Note, we were the only people in the entire store. I had questions about the membership and specific items. I also needed to be measured but the sales person never came over to assist. After 10 minutes of being in an empty store, we left and went to Victoria's Secret one level down. I spent over $500 that could've went to this store had the customer service been on point. Disappointing.
