There are no lockers, just cubbies to place your items near the front. The curtains block your view from the front, so your items are out of sight. I'm not particularly fond of that. The main studio room has a large mirror in the front. They have a separate room with Pilates reformer. Parking is available in the rear, it shares the lot with Formosa. Tips: bring a yoga mat and grip socks! They do charge for mats!

And didn't even care that I couldn't do half the moves, the staff and patrons are so welcoming, ya just wanna be there. Loved everything about this establishment; staff, amazing. Classes, fire. Parking, plentiful and free! The space is not large, but they maximize it in a way that doesn't feel over crowded. Downside is that there is no shower, but there are 6am classes, so plenty of time to get yourself home and off to work by 8am :) I look forward to returning when I am In the area.

They can give you as much or as little instruction depending on what you like. I personally tell them to correct me as much as possible. I've been going now for almost a year and I have to say I finally tried all of the classes. Hot 26x2 , 90 min or 60 min is wonderful, and several instructors teach it and its nice because they all have a different style. The Pilates is new to me, and more challenging than I thought. I last tired the HIIT class, and OMY, that was challenging both because of the actual exercises and the heat! Tip: If you need a locker or shower they have it. Parking is never an issue and the teachers are flexible if you need to leave a bit early. So great to live near this community and to be able to have a studio in it! I am loving it!
