She is incredibly focused and consistently makes sure you are performing the right exercises with the correct form, which is vital for seeing real progress and avoiding injury. Beyond the physical workout, she creates a great atmosphere. Her music playlist is excellent and serves as a helpful motivator throughout the session. While the workouts are great, the rigid, member-unfriendly policies make it impossible to stay. I am giving this location two stars because of their lack of empathy and predatory "waitlist" and "use-it-or-lose-it" system. The notification system is designed to fail the consumer. I was notified via email at 7:38 PM the night before a class that I had been moved off a waitlist. Because of their 12-hour cancellation policy, I had less than 20 minutes to decide if I could attend before being financially locked in. To make matters worse, the studio closed at 5:00 PM, meaning there was no staff available to help or clarify. As a mother, finding childcare with 20 minutes' notice is impossible. When I spoke with Melissa the next day, it was clear that following the "policy" mattered more than hearing the customer. I lost my class credit despite the impossible notification window. Furthermore, the studio holds members to strict standards while they change instructors at the last minute; I booked with Maura, but Ruben taught the class without prior notice. Advocacy for Change! Change is needed here. This business operates as a "money grab" rather than a fitness community. I even lost four class credits because of a car accident that left me unable to drive for a month, a situation entirely out of my control. It is wrong to hold paying members to the same rigid waitlist terms as a one-time visitor. Members commit to this business monthly and deserve a policy that reflects that loyalty, such as a longer notification window or a one-time "life happens" credit. To potential members: Be aware that you are solely responsible for managing your credits in an unforgiving app. If you have a life emergency or can't find a sitter within a 20-minute window, this company will keep your money without a second thought. I choose to support businesses that treat their members like people, not just line items. For that reason, I have moved on from Club Pilates. I am now at LA Fitness because they offer Pilates classes and have a kids club. -Alane Martin

I highly recommend getting a monthly membership, especially if you plan on going more than once weekly. It is very affordable compared to other studios. Plus, you can go Filipino grocery shopping or food hopping at the plaza across the street after class! The teachers are great instructors and the owner, Jessica, is excellent at describing how to move your body. For yoga beginners, this is especially important because we don't come in knowing the names of poses--though the classes are adaptable for all skill levels.

She's super nice and very clear in communicating the poses so it's easy to follow along. The studio space is on the smaller side so classes are more intimate, which is nice. There are no mirrors on the walls however - I wish they had them because then I can see if my form is correct. It's located in the center of a shopping center, with the door facing off to the side, so it's a bit tricky to find. It took me a while to locate it the first time I went. There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!

For many years, I have dealt with physical challenges, including scoliosis, a straight spine condition, hip rotation issues, and poor posture habits that developed over time. After trying different approaches such as acupuncture and physical therapy, I realized that improving my overall well-being would require a deeper understanding of my own body. That journey eventually led me to Pilates and back to Instructor Betty. What makes Instructor Betty truly exceptional is her patience, knowledge, and genuine dedication to her students. She does not simply tell me what to do. She takes the time to explain why I am doing each movement and how it relates to my body's unique needs. I ask a lot of questions, and she always takes the time to answer them thoroughly. Through her guidance, I have gained a much deeper understanding of posture, breathing, alignment, movement patterns, and overall body awareness. I especially appreciate that Instructor Betty recognizes that every body is different. Rather than using a one size fits all approach, she carefully adjusts the exercises to address my specific imbalances and challenges. Her attention to detail and personalized guidance have helped me become more aware of how I move, stand, breathe, and carry myself throughout the day.
