She was determined to get every last bite and cut her finger on the sharp shell. The server helped us with first aid supplies and she was as good as new. I'd been wanting to try pigs feet (de pied de cochon) and this was a minced version with lentils. Fantastic!! It went well with the salade frisée aux lardons. I've had the latter at home and abroad, and this was a great example. The lettuce was fresh and absorbed the dressing well but not too much.
