I would not use this firm ever again…read more.. I used this firm for my business cards and was extremely disappointed in the final outcome. When I first described the design I wanted, I sent over a previous business card which contained the content. I was sent two proofs, both of which were laid out very poorly. The business card I sent as an example was far better. When I told the sales rep that I really didn't like the proofs, he agreed and said "neither did I but we wanted to get you something." Really? I asked to sit down with a graphic designer, which they accommodated, and together, we came up with another card. I designed the card essentially and he enhanced it with color and a bit of design. The card looked legible on the computer screen, but when I received the physical card, you could barely read it. As professionals, I would have thought I would have received better counsel about the print color and size. Basically, I paid for 500 business cards that I cannot use. And not for Vistaprint prices... When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the sale rep listened, but, clearly, did not care about making the situation right. I had planned on using them to print t-shirts, but was told twice, that I'd be receiving a quote for the work, within a day or so. The quote never materialized (over a two week period) until I was picking up my business cards. The employees were nice, so it was really disappointing that the sales rep didn't stand behind the work or follow through when he said he would....

I had a few different projects that I was working on and needed that personalized help to guide me through the creative process. My key project was for a Charity Golf tournament, and I did NOT want the standard boring Trophy's that you may run across online or through the BIG stores. After I met with Don and his amazing wife Michelle, we went back and forth on various ideas, and he was able to create several mockups which allowed us to fine tune the smallest details. The time that Don spent going over every aspect of the Trophy was insane as there were no details left untouched. The final product was more than I could have ever expected, and the winners of the tournaments loved the Trophy's more than anything else they got. Since he did such an amazing job with the Trophy's, I went ahead and had him create custom poker chips to be handed out to every player. He went as far as making the poker chips textured to look and feel like a golf ball!! WHO DOES THAT!!! What a nice touch. If you are looking for plain, boring, and cheap, hit up Amazon or other big box stores and skip TruCarve. If you want something that is unique, creative and Kick Ass, give TruCarve a chance. Their prices are more than reasonable, their product is First Class, and you will not be disappointed. BE WARNED!!
