When my dentist Dr. Grasskemper of Bellport told me this, I was far from thrilled! He recommended Dr.Bear and I'm happy he did. From the start the office manager Mindy made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Bears assistant Yvonne did her best to try to assure me that all will be fine and talked to me to help relax me before the procedure. Dr. Bear himself was very reassuring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. To be quite honest I was expecting the worse and what I experienced was a caring comfortable experience , ( as comfortable as oral surgery can be) . Dr. Bear made sure throughout the entire procedure that I was okay and explained things along the way making me feel safe in his care. While periodontal surgery is on no ones Christmas list, if you need to have it done I highly recommend Dr. Bear and his staff. While I have more yet to be done in the future , I will now be less anxious knowing it's a caring professional staff who will do their personal best to get me through these procedures.

So I called Dr Shannon's office (still have no insurance) he took me into the office immediately (an hour after I called) and welcomed me back and took care of my toothache. He worked with me on payments and took care of me. My wife is also going back. He is an excellent dentist who will always give you the absolute best care.
