Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied. Worst medical experience of my life, which left me with PTSD, and fear of going to the dentist, any dentist. I have found a caring and effective dentist and staff, who have solved my issues, and I would highly recommend NOT EVER going to this office.

I don't even know where to begin. Everyone was just so nice and respectful, and professional and happy to be at work! The receptionists were just lovely. The woman (I forget her name and job title, regrettably) who did my cleaning and X-rays was just a saint!! She went out of her way to calm me down and make me feel comfortable, gave helpful and encouraging advice, and just showed genuine compassion and understanding. The best part was the cleaning itself. Literally every single time I have told new dentists I have sensitive teeth. Still every single time the cleanings were downright torturous. But not here!!! I told her I had sensitive teeth, so she went out of her way to make sure it wouldn't hurt! I didn't feel a thing, except that awesome clean feeling afterward. It's been a few weeks now but I still just cannot get over how amazing the experience here was. Now I FINALLY have a dentist I can make my own permanently.

I called the insurance company to correct the billing error, and a few months later received this letter from the dental office stating that I had been dropped as a patient for reaching out to my insurance company. The dentist also canceled my upcoming appointment leaving me in a bad spot as it's hard to get Saturday appointments and I wanted to get one last cleaning in before my baby is born. Beware of this dentist! The way that they handled this situation and spoke to a patient speaks volumes about their character.
