Based on that experience, we felt confident in trusting them with a much larger project. Unfortunately, that trust has been severely undermined. This most recent job was presented as a one-day project, with a maximum estimate of a day and a half. It has now been over a week, and the work remains incomplete--our yard is still torn up, with a large open trench left unattended. Repeated assurances that "someone will be out today to finish up" have been made for four consecutive days, none of which were followed through. This wasn't a small expense for our family; we've taken out a 10-year loan to cover the cost of this repair. Given the lack of reliability and follow-through, we now deeply regret entrusting Champion with that kind of investment. Additionally, communication from the office has been poor. We were promised documentation that could have helped us recover some financial support, but those follow-ups were never completed--despite multiple requests. To be clear: Champion may be adequate for simple, minor plumbing needs. But for major work, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. A company that fails to meet its commitments and leaves its customers in limbo should not be handling large-scale projects--especially when so much is at stake.
